Altech Air Conditioning L.L.C. It was Altech's responsibility to diagnose and repair the air conditioner. Billy had already arrived by Tuesday and was a very positive person with a can-do attitude. Right away I knew that the job would be done well.

It was not just his demeanor that impressed me, but his abilities as well. Billy quickly diagnosed the issue, then replaced the faulty pieces, reassembled everything, and turned on the switch.

Jermaine, his name, was the man I met. I was comfortable with him as he explained what was wrong with my computer and what could be done to fix it. You can sometimes be unsure about taking advice, but he was an expert. You made it so easy.

Cardinal was called the next morning after our AC stopped working overnight. They sent someone out that day to fix a problem that would last us until the weekend. Then, they returned the next week to make more extensive repairs. Matt (the technician) explained to us the pros and cons for each solution. I will hire Cardinal to do any future repairs.
