Matt was exceptionally professional, on time, communicated everything very well, gave me helpful hints as to what I could do better for air duct maintenance, and he was diligent. From 9 am-5 pm these gentlemen were working hard and I believe they worked through lunch. They cleaned EVERY vent, vacuumed and scrubbed, and even cleaned the dryer vent. I will definitely be using them again for dryer vent service. I also appreciate that Matt told me I didn’t have to clean the ducts for another 5-6 years. He could easily have told me every 2-3 years, but was honest. It was a pleasure to work with him.
