I give him a very high rating as I have in the past with other Keil employees. He arrived in a timely fashion neat and well dressed. He was very patient and friendly as he listened carefully to our explanation of the problems we were having. He was very knowledgeable and able to expeditiously correct the problem at a reasonable cost.

I found all the service men to be wonderful.. They were on time, clean, respectful, articulate and efficient.
I will be recommending them to family and friends. Anthony who gave me the quote was on time fair and willing to work things out to benefit us both. Keil took care of everything from quote to clean up. I came home from work and you would never have known they removed a full a/c unit from my attic that was about 25 yrs old and install a completely new system. Not a speck of a mess was left. That is priceless.

We were extremely pleased with the service provided by Yoon H from KEIL. He was thorough, honest, very neat, courteous and friendly. He explained the yearly maintenance policy that we did choose to purchase in detail. And he helped us understand why the pump that distributes the hot water to our baseboards needed to be replaced. After he installed the new pump he remained at our home to be sure it was fully functioning. We've been very happy with the service, repairs and installations we've contracted for with Keil for the past two years. I highly recommend this company for all your heating and air conditioning needs.

The workers at Keil Heating and Air Conditioning are some of the nicest, most professional people that I have ever encountered. Their prices were great, they installed our Air Conditioning Unit quickly, and they left the house as clean as it was when they got here. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get a new AC unit or have their current one serviced.

Everyone we were in contact with at Keil was absolutely wonderful! Our furnace needed to be replaced and they were so swift about making sure our home was warm again in the shortest time possible. A special thank you to Joanne for getting a technician to us first thing in the morning.

We experienced a critical breakdown of our existing heating system during some of the coldest days of 2022 and within 48 hours KEIL came to our home for an assessment and was able to replace the entire unit. Their service men were professional, courteous, and did an excellent job installing the system in a challenging crawl space. The office representatives were empathetic, understood and relayed the urgency, and could not have been more caring. I would recommend KEIL for any and all HVAC needs!

Super polite and professional service

I simply decided to go with Keil because the enormous amount of positive reviews online. I might have been able to find cheaper elsewhere but it stands true for some things you get what you pay for. These guys didn't just do the job, they did the job right and then some! They were very neat, cleaned after themselves, dressed professionally, arrived on time and answered any questions I had. Other companies should take note of how it's properly done. I would definitely recommend and do business again.

I have subscribed to Keil's yearly maintenance and checkup plan for last 5 years. They are very professional with the service, always on schedule and very thorough with their work.

I have been using Kiel for heating and cooling for years. Excellent service, responsible, great technicians, respectful to person and property. When I moved into my condo I needed hot water heater and both air and heating replaced. They work with you for scheduling and the type of units you need. I highly recommend Kiel

They were great, courteous, clean and respectful. Our air conditioning gave out in middle of our latest heat wave, I called late on a Sunday, they were booked as expected but said they would call next day. At 7:37 am Monday the office called an said a technician would be there shortly. they repaired our system at a reasonable cost in extremely fast time. I would and will recommend them to any and everyone who asks for a repair company.

Had a great experience with KEIL. My heating system died overnight. I called early in the morning, and the lady who answered was so helpful. I think her name was Barbara. She scheduled me for a technician visit right away. Anthony came out on time, and was very helpful and patient with me. I scheduled my additional service visit, and my two service techs were great! They were early, and did the work in a timely fashion. They informed me of everything they were doing. They also cleaned up the areas they worked on. Thank you to everybody. This is a rating long overdue. Last month, I had a heating issue that needed to be fixed immediately. I called KEIL and had someone come and inspect the furnace. I met Eddie, a friendly and knowledgeable tech who looked into my furnace and discovered a damaged heat exchanger. I knew that it was time to buy a new furnace, as it was 21 years old.

Eddie was very outgoing and I admired his professionalism. He offered me the best options to replace the furnace. Never during the process did I feel pressured into buying a service. He explained what the process was going to be like, who was coming to replace the furnace, and approximately how long it would take.

The next day, I had Charlie and Sam come first thing in the morning to start replacing the furnace. They were friendly and courteous. Within a few hours, they were done. They did a great job, and didn’t leave my house a mess.

I’d like to recognize Eddie, Charlie, and Sam for their excellent customer and installation service at KEIL. They made me aware that KEIL is there to answer any questions I may have in the future. This is a company one can truly rely on. Thank you for your business!

Keil's is wonderful. I had been using another company for annual service several years ago and made a change to Keil's based on a recommendation from someone. They have always come on time and are professional and courteous. This year it turned out I could have opted for a pricey repair to an old unit or a install a new one. They explained the process, provided an estimate within hours of the visit, and came back several days later to install. Clean, neat, great job.

Overall great experience as usual. Excellent communication through phone and email. The techs are all great at what they do. YANG was great! He performed maintenance on our heating system, explained everything very well, gave a recommendation for a repair and even set the next appointment for repair! Always a great experience with Keil Heating and Air.

We've been using Kiel for a number of years now, and have been very satisfied with their products and services. They do excellent work and have always been extremely professional. I do not mind paying a reasonable price for work and products that have always seemed to be high quality and, ultimately, a good value.
