I have used Harmony Heating for the past 4 years. They installed a complete central A/C unit and they have been maintaining the units sense the installation. Today they sent Omar to do the annual maintenance checkup. I have had various companies over the last 40 years perform maintenance on my equipment and Omar is by far one of the best. He is very knowable of the equipment he works on. He took the time to make sure I understood what he had to do.

Omar is credit to Harmony Heating and I have recommended this company to others.

Had a service visit with Carlos from Harmony Heating due to an issue with the furnace and he was incredible! Was extremely thorough in diagnosing the issue and explained everything along the way. The problem was fixed promptly and I highly recommend Carlos and Harmony Heating.

Harmony Heating is trustworthy and dependable HVAC contracting company. Have used them for a few repair calls for my 27 yr old Trane Furnace and AC system over last 4 yrs. The technicians are knowledgeable and have properly diagnosed and repaired equipment. The office staff is aways responsive and friendly.

Carlos Restrepo just finished my service. He was one of the nicest, most thorough and instructive servicemen I have ever encountered. Went above and beyond to help me maximize my heat in a room which was always cold. I highly highly recommend him and will request him for each of my maintenance/service calls!

Carlos was here today to complete our winter service and was super helpful. He worked hard on ensuring our units were up to standard and brought up his concerns on what he was seeing so we could correct. He also answered all my questions/concerns with possible solutions vs “we can’t do that” which I have had heard many times in the past. Def recommend and when you are scheduling ask for Carlos.

HARMONY IS A GREAT COMPANY & HAS SUPERB TECHS! 2/9/2024: After experiencing 2 misdiagnosis from another service company, I was recommended by a friend to reach out to Harmony Heating. Carlos R and Stephen G arrived on time the next day, performed a complete evaluation, confirmed the 2 misdiagnosis and rectified an issue the other company missed twice. They also suggested solution to address a non-critical issue that would ultimately make the entire system work better and more efficiently. They were polite, knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. They provided me the confidence that my system working as expected. Their representation of Harmony was top-notch and helped me make the decision to sign up for the yearly maintenance contract with them. I also am going to request them to come back to perform the modification they recommended.

Harmony Heating has an excellent staff from arranging an appointment to providing the service! Very organized, professional, and pleasant to talk to! Carlos was excellent with exceptional communication skills and customer service! He explained everything including showing me photos of the parts of my air conditioning unit that was hidden! Thank you!

Amazing service from A to Z. Worked with Lori to begin the maintenance agreement and she was able to get me an appointment for the next morning. Wow! She called me the morning of to confirm the arrival time for Omar and Connor. They arrived right on schedule.

Omar and Connor were absolutely fantastic. From the get-go, they had shoe covers on without me even asking on as to not get the home dirty (very important to me!) They explained everything they were planning to do and brought me over to the units anytime they wanted to show me what was going on or point out any a-ha moments. They made sure both systems were performing top notch and even provided guidance on things I can do to keep an eye out in between routine service appointments. They cleaned up and left no trace. Overall, super kind, knowledgeable, efficient and respectful. Cannot ask for any more. Harmony Heating is fantastic and I will definitely be asking for Omar and Connor for every visit!

We've had several Harmony Heating technicians service our AC unit, each one was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. When our unit stopped working, Ben found that the motor had reached the end of its life and replaced it with another temporary motor the same day, until the OEM part arrived. Lori is very responsive and keeps customers informed. When we had another problem, Omar and Connor came to fix it, arriving at 6pm, after a long day of other calls. With their thorough checks and rechecks, they found the issue and repaired it without hesitation. Both Omar and Connor went the extra mile to make sure our unit was working satisfactorily before leaving. Harmony Heating is a reliable company with trusted professionals. I highly recommend them.

Got AC problems and Andy visited. He is like a pro. the way how he maintained the equipments and analyzing the problem in very quick and giving solution. I really liked his service. also one of his assoociate is very helpful. but pricing is bit expensive i felt.

We’ve been working with Harmony’s reps for many years now and it’s always been a positive experience. Last year a rep came to fix our 35 year old system to keep us going for another year. He diagnosed the compressor, blower, control panel, and breaker all kindly explained his process and diagnosis all within 20 minutes. Finally this year the compressor kicked the can, and Carlos from Harmony was very friendly with explaining his observations, rationales and addressed root causes. Despite a relaxed demeanor from both Harmony reps, they’re highly technically proficient and competent from my experience.

I have been using Harmony Heating for over 10 years and I am always so very impressed with both the office staff and the technicians. Lori has been so easy to work with when it comes to scheduling my annual cooling and heating check up and maintenance or any questions I have about what will actually be checked by the technicians. Any question I have, or if I need to change my appointment, it is never an issue, I always feel that she is totally there to assist me and that no question or change is a problem for her to handle. Lori is the epitome of excellent customer service!

My latest technician was Omar, it was the first time he was coming to me. He explained that my usual tech was held up with a visit that was taking longer than expected and they didn't want to me to have to wait longer than expected. Omar was excellent! We talked about what he saw when checking my system and I was happy to know that there were no concerns. I feel that he did a really thorough job checking that there were no potential problems, Omar happily explained what he looks for, it's never just an issue of checking the coolant and changing the filter. I liked knowing that he has over 30 years of experience, and how much he likes working for Harmony Heating, that says a lot to me about both the company and Omar.

Your technicians and office always leave me feeling very comfortable about the condition of the systems that I depend on. 5 stars to Lori, Omar and Harmony!! * * * * *

I bought an air conditioning system from these guys about 10 years ago and recently started having problems. I thought I needed a new compressor. I called and made an appointment. They were here the next working day, they quickly found and diagnosed the problem which turned out to be a simple loose wire. Pricing was very reasonable, the techs were friendly and explained everything in a clear way. I will continue to use Harmony for all of my air conditioning needs.

Very happy with Harmony. Their entire staff has given us excellent service. They were really accommodating when we had to reschedule an appointment due to a death in the family. Carlos was punctual, professional and very friendly.

VERY pleased with the first service call from Harmony Heating. The technician (Stephen) showed up on time and was thorough, efficient, and solved the issue quickly. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them for regular service and unexpected troubles!

We have been working with Harmony Heating since moving to our current home, built in 2012. We have an annual maintenance agreement with Harmony, their technicians visit us twice a year and do a thorough and professional job checking out the system and changing the air filters. For their last visit, we had Omar visiting us. He was polite, friendly, and professional and took the time to ensure our system was working as expected. Omar answered all my questions – based on my interactions with him, it was evident that he is very knowledgeable about HVAC systems, enjoys his work, and customer satisfaction is of the highest priority for him. It was a pleasure working with Omar and based on the level of service he offered, I look forward to continuing to work with Harmony and technicians like Omar for many more years.

Harmony Heating was here today and Carlos was the service tech. This was a really really good experience. Carlos was very patient, explaining what he was doing and why. He had no problem walking me through each step so I would understand . I would highly recommend Carlos and Harmony Heating. Thanks!

Called evening of December 18th with heat issues and talked with Ryan. Carlos showed up 20 minutes early from the time that was appointed. Professional and great personality, Carlos handled my issue expertly in no time at all. More than happy with the service the Ryan and Carlos provided me and the cost wasn’t as bad as it could have been. I really appreciate it Harmony Heating Corporation.

Just had service call on our furnace during this frigid weather! Technician Carlos Restrepo was amazing. He replaced the blower motor and heat is up and running. Carlo’s is so pleasant, professional, and knows his trade. Highly recommend!
