Dion & Leon from Bertoli were just great. Called Bertoli in the morning for a leaking basement pipe and they arrived quick. They identified the source and replaced the pipe in under 30 minutes. Thanks guys and thanks Bertoli 💪🏼

We had an issue with our three compartment sink at our restaurant so we called several places, but once I called Bertoli they were on site in 30 min. After initially having a not-so-pleasant experience with Bertoli Plumbing and Heating, I was frustrated. However, the owner personally reached out and went above and beyond to address my concerns.

The service was scheduled quickly, and Marcos did a phenomenal job fixing my heating issues. He took the time to thoroughly diagnose the problem, ensured everything was working properly, and even went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied.

Oil to gas conversion. Fast and high quality work, panel came nicely pre-installed. Excellent back office always picking up the phone, great communication overall. I was ready to pay out of pocket but they became a PSE&G participating contractor so they could apply for a loan for me.

Bertoli just completed my oil to natural gas Conversion and I'm thrilled with my decision to have them complete this work. They are on their game. The team in the office are responsive, organized, and extremely helpful. The crew that came to perform the conversion were on time, extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. From start to finish, my conversion was done in 6.5 hours. The entire crew wore masks the entire time, without me having to ask, which I appreciated, having a newborn in the house. As for their work, its basically a work of art. The office also handled the warranty registration on the boiler, as well as submitting the paperwork for the rebate for me. This was my first time using Bertoli and I can assure you they will be my go to for any service they provide moving forward. I highly recommend.

All good, Thomas and his assistant easily diagnosed the problem and fixed the hot water issue in very timely manner. This was on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, very much appreciated...!

Excellent team and service! I had a problem with my boiler that it was getting air into the system. Two other plumbing outfits tried but could not solve it. Bertoli took a very disciplined and logical approach to testing (not just throwing parts at the problem) and discovered a couple of pinhole leaks that were the culprit. I had them replace all similar 60 year old valves and we are good to go!

The office staff is friendly knowledgeable and efficient. The company as a whole were prompt, professional and thorough. They are my new plumbing contractor for heat and assuming the rest of their team is as competent as the heating side of the house, I will use them for future bathroom renovations as well.

Highly recommended.

I needed a new hot water heater and received very prompt service at a reasonable price. The two installers were professional, did a great job, and cleaned everything afterwards, including spilled water. I would definitely recommend

Introduced themselves; friendly and professional - They worked very well as a team . I asked questions and was given appropriate answers . Their work was well done and work area was clean ;nothing was left behind .True the job was not complicated , but a water leak is a water leak . Important . Our satisfaction was clearly a priority. Took time to explain another options I asked about .Answer questions knowledgably

On sunday our mens room urinal handle broke causing the running to run. We turned off water. We called and left a message of problem. Within hours they had reached out me me and were at the church by 9am to fix problem. Have been using this company form years. Highly recommend.

Joshua took the time to explain the situation I was having with one of the three zones on my Bosch tankless heater and then took care of the faulty motor issue. Everything is up and running and back to normal. Thanx for coming out!
