Tom was an absolute savior. Our kitchen faucet broke and with 2 young kids we couldn't afford to not have a working sink. He made it a priority to come over late at night when we both were home and replaced the faucet! He also noticed our toilet wasn't running properly and fixed that too. He was kind, honest, and super clean.
