I can’t say for enough about Mazzone Plumbing. I had a water leak in my downstairs apartment this Sunday. I called them the owner got back to me within minutes. Him and his tech were here within a little over an hour to fix my issue. I was so upset over this whole issue and Dominick the owner calmed me down and walked me through the process of what needed to be done with the restoration co. And gave me there number to call. He was an angel in disguise!!

Dom and his crew were absolutely fantastic. Affordable, timely and quick. Replaced my water heater. Highly recommend

Thank you for sending two young mechanics to install a new water heater. Two most respectful young men who tolerated an 88 year old women who can not hear well. Highly recommend left area immaculate

During the past twenty three years, I’ve hired Mazzone plumbing for various plumbing work in my house.
The work is reliable, the service is professional, and Dominic invests care and courtesy in his customers, like when he was available one late Saturday afternoon to turn off my suddenly broken and gushing water heater.

Dominic and crew are dependable and courteous. He always provides the best service and charges reasonable prices. I highly recommend Mazzone Plumbing, as he has done a lot of work at my house and is my go to company for anything plumbing related.

Dominick Mazzone of Mazzone Plumbing is the Best! He's extremely reliable, more than reasonable, and always honest! He does great work and is a great person! He has helped me in numerous urgent situations for over 20 years; he's been my angel on earth! I am forever grateful to him!

Planning to finish a basement and need drain pipes reworked, moved, and cleaned up in an old house. Have called several plumbers to come out and give a price. Dominick returned the call and showed up to give me a price. He was very reasonable and easy to work with.

I was later contacted by someone from his office and she sent over a formal proposal. I agreed to the price and we scheduled a date. Kat was very professional and easy to work with.

The team showed up on the date scheduled. They completed the work in a single day and reworked all of the plumbing to be neat and out of the way. Dominick even identified another issue that was causing an odor issue in our laundry room (no p-trap behind washer).

The work area is clean, the plumbing work is professional and Dominick was excellent to work with. I will use them on the rest of the plumbing work required to finish this basement project.

Mazzone plumbing has solved several plumbing issues in my house. I’ve never had a problem getting an appointment. I’ve had a few different techs here and they have all been neat, courteous and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Over the past few years Mazzone has taken care of a number of plumbing issues at my house. James is very professional and I appreciate that he always takes the time to share his knowledge and explain exactly what he's doing. When I had an issue with my toilet over the weekend, Dominick (owner) showed up and fixed it. I always feel that I get good value for my money with Mazzone.

Over priced !!!!

We were recommended by arid basement who claims to have a 30 year relationship with them. We were told the job would cost $200-300. They ended up charging us $517 for a job that was rushed and not even cleaned up. (arid basement cleaned up after them because I complained) after the technician was done I questioned what was done and he said he would come back Monday to finish the job. Low and behold he charged us another $320 for what he claims was a 2.5 hour job. Make sure you take account of the exact time they arrive and leave because they will round up and charge you extra for a mediocre job.

Guy (possibly could be the owner) named Dom came to fix low pressure in the bathroom shower. Told me could be one of two things, will try the less invasive first. He did, changed the cartridge/diverter without any resolution. Told me "Problem is still there, I couldn't fix it. I left it as found and I will be back on Monday."
So here lies the problem .... He finished this job before 3 pm on a Friday. Could not fix what he came to do that day telling me he does not have enough crew. Meanwhile, the entire time he was here working the job at my apartment, was directing crews to go to another site and how he would meet them there. Have time to go to other places, but to finish what started here.
THE ABSOLUTE WORST that could come out of this, my barely functioning shower due to the lack of pressure somehow got even worse after this guy put in the new part. UNFORTUNATELY, I stepped in the shower almost 40 mins after he left to find out that my barely functioning shower, was a TOTAL non functioning at this point and this guy bounced telling me "It's not any better, will come back on Monday." So yeah, you and your family can stay without a shower for the next 3 days, great job!

To the owners .... Please don't lie to your clients about the kind of outcome you deliver; DEFINITELY and under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, Do not leave a job in a WORSE condition, than found. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!
P.S. Called their answering service this evening (Saturday) with my concern of not having a functioning shower and someone need to comeback to fix it before Monday. Haven't heard from them, been a few hours, thus, here is the review for them.

BUYER BEWARE !!!!

Extremely disappointed with Mazzone Plumbing Inc. Not only was the plumbing job poorly done and clearly not up to professional standards, but the technician was also rude and dismissive when I pointed out issues. To make matters worse, the guy drives their company van like a complete maniac around Saddle Brook speeding, cutting people off, like he owns the city. Totally unprofessional both on the job and on the road. Would not recommend.
