Zanes installed a Waterfurnace, Series 7, 3 Ton, Geothermal, for my house ;
Even in peak Summer, it consumes about 20 KWH per day and keeps my house at 72F and 40% RH

Jeffrey is very kind and an animal loving man which is important in my house hold since I have 2 dogs and a cat. Him and his assistant were mindful of my fur babies when coming in and out of my home to his truck for supplies. When there was a bit of a snag with some old wires he made an appointment to come back to replace them to make sure the new thermostat worked. He even came back after the job was done to fix a vent that wasn’t connected properly. Jeffrey is very knowledgeable and attentive to details and communicates well. I would def. Recommend him to anyone seeking heat service!! He made the transition from oil to gas a breeze! Thank you Jeff!

Jeff is a wonderful person to work with. Our AC system died on us in the summer and he came over right away to examine the system and offered several options to fix it. I opted to replace it with a new system and Jeff went above and beyond to get me a good system at a great price. He even put in the legwork to get me a refund from the state. I would recommend Jeff to anybody and will not hesitate to use him again in the future.

I recommend J Zanes LLC for your heating/AC needs. They are very knowledgeable and professional. I have seen many people in the business make promises and fall short on delivering those promises however J Zanes is by far different from those guys. He stands by his word and delivers. We needed to replace our aging geothermal heat pump with a more efficient model. Jeff was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different models and which one would be best for our needs. He replaced the old unit with the new and had it running in one day. Then he came back to do testing on our existing loop system to make sure that there were no problems. He also installed additional dampers plus had blown-in insulation in our attic to R 50 to help with our heating and cooling costs. Last month our electric water heater started to leak and Jeff quickly responded and installed a new one. I am completely happy with the savings on our electric bill with the new equipment and would highly recommend Jeff if you need any heating/cooling service.

Jeffrey is very skilled and highly knowledgeable in his craft. He is a great communicator that can explain highly technical systems in a way that is easily understood. I’m most grateful for Jeffrey’s expertise because the scope of our project ended up being far greater than expected and he was able to overcome all the unexpected challenges. He and Mike worked methodically and neatly to ensure that the system was functioning in the most efficient way. I would without hesitation recommend Jeffrey.

Buckshorn Sportsmen's Club had issues with a 14 year old geothermal system. J. Zanes LLC was contacted to troubleshoot and repair the system. During the troubleshooting phase, he suggested that we install a second geothermal unit, since we already had provided for a second unit. It was a significant expense, but Jeff upgraded the original installation and then installed the second unit. The heating system is now more dependable and has been in service heating the building. We have not had any problems with either unit and the building is warm. The whole process went smoothly and the work areas were always kept clean and orderly. He periodically monitors system performance and contacts us with his findings. We would certainly recommend J. Zanes LLC for your heating and cooling needs.

They did a large and thorough 2 unit geothermal installation on our old house where others have said "no way." It's been very economical to run over the last few years. The owner is responsive and easy to communicate with.

If you are looking for someone who listens to your needs and is not afraid to make suggestions you may not have thought of, then Jeff is who you want. He was upfront during the entire process and made sure everything stayed on track.

Jeff was very professional and was adaptable to a schedule that was crowded with other contractors working at the same site. He has also maintained direct contact after the project was completed in order to continue to help us refine the system and optimize things for how we live.
