Marty's A/C and Heating did a great job installing my mini split air conditioners. Dave and Francisco were very meticulous during the installation and answered all my questions about the mini split operation. I would recommend them to all my friends.

David and Kay were great! Kay took my call late at night (not some answering service) and arranged for David to come out the next morning. He came as promised and completed the job quickly. I would definitely be using them again in the future.

Professional, conscientious, and courteous.. I had an emergency AC call for a window until midnight. David arrived in the timeframe I was given and was able to diagnose and fix the problem in both a timely and efficient manner.. He was sympathetic to the rising temperature in my house while explaining the problem and my options such that I understood exactly what he found. ACES!

David was incredibly helpful and professional. He came out to take a look at my air conditioner and took the time to explain everything clearly so I could understand what was going on. Marty’s is absolutely the best. I called to have someone come out to assess for a new air conditioner and received a quick response. He returned the next day and explained all possible options and pricing. When he came in the home he wore shoe covers and was sensitive to the need of my husband’s immunocompromised state by wearing a mask. We picked a plan and communication was awesome via texting. David informed us the order would be longer than expected and made a visit to our home to clean existing air conditioner and check Freon to help us get through till new air conditioner arrived. When everything came in I again received a text to set up a date which was prompt. The 2 guys went right to work early in the morning. Wow, they were so thorough. They even cleaned everything up. I am very pleased with their work and highly recommend their services. Air conditioner is working great. All around they were professional and friendly. What more could you ask for.

Missed Appointment & Lack of Professionalism

Hello Marty Air Conditioner

I reached out to Marty Air Conditioning Company two days ago to request a free estimate so that my mortgage insurance could review the quote. My appointment was scheduled for today between 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM. At 12:56 PM, I received a text message stating the technician was en route. However, as of 2:15 PM, no one ever arrived.

This was a complete waste of my time and very unprofessional. If this is the level of reliability I can expect, I will have to reconsider working with your company.

Please advise.
