I was very impressed with Thesing Power Sweeping and will most definitely use them again! They were very friendly, easy to work and communicate with and promptly and professionally provided the services we needed. Honestly, they went over and beyond. Place was run down and had a small repo lot but no office or staff at location

This company is very unprofessional in handling insurance claims that have been filed against them due to negligence on their drivers part.
This company also needs to have their office staff attend a class on public relations. Cheryl is not the most pleasant of people to have to have interactions with.

If their service is anything like the driving of Thesing truck behind me on 76 today, never use them! He was aggressive, dangerous, laying on the horn in bumper to bumper traffic, and tailgating way too close. No way I'd hire someone who acts like that behind the wheel. Terrible representation of a business.

6 weeks ago I had an incident with a Thesing broom truck on Germantown Ave going on the 476S ramp that was so overloaded that debris was flying out everywhere and smashed my windshield. The driver would not acknowledge me in anyway after beeping, ( later finding out that’s against their protocol), I then called the number on the truck and spoke to Cheryl who acknowledged the driver that she had in that area, but pretty much told me to call my insurance company and seemed annoyed and irritated that I was even bothering here with this matter.

Thesing was clearly not willing to help me so I filed a report with Plymouth Twp Police. After many attempts of me calling them and getting no help to obtain their insurance info, luckily after 2 weeks the police officer handling the incident finally succeeded in getting that info. I have followed every protocol and filed a claim with their insurance company, even had an estimate for my windshield done.

I have never in my lifetime dealt with such unprofessional and nasty people over such a minor matter. I know because I do road and highway construction and deal with broom trucks on a daily basis. Very inexperienced and unprofessional drivers. Anyone reading this please steer clear of their trucks out on the roads.

These people decided to run a street sweeper at about 5mph on Hurffville Road in Deptford nj at 2pm and caused major traffic back ups on both sides of the road. Highly DO NOT recommend whatsoever.
