Called Maffet to help with some outdoor spigot problems. Janice was great and answered a bunch of questions I had and helped schedule time for an estimate. Chris and Ken showed up and we talked through what was needed. I found the prices to be a slight bit higher than what I expected, though I must say that they were both friendly and they did really great work. They did the replacements I needed and were fast and efficient. I tried not to hover, but also wanted to watch and maybe learn a bit and they were gracious in accommodating. All told, they were done in about an hour and verified their fixes. They also helped answer some questions, as I recently moved in and wasn't sure the purpose of some of the fittings in the house. All told, you may be able to get better prices somewhere else, but I don't think you'll get the same service. I would absolutely call again to discuss future work, if/when that time comes.

Aaron was very professional and was able to repair our faucet very quickly. I appreciated that he wore a mask and also had something covering his shoes. He was very courteous, neat, and cleaned up after himself, unlike some other plumbers we have had in our home. We highly recommend Aaron Maffet.

Every interaction with Maffet Plumbing over the past several years has confirmed both their skill AND integrity. I couldn't recommend this family business enough. They have gone above and beyond in times of crisis--especially with our septic!

I ran in to an issue with a slow shower drain over the weekend. After trying unsuccessfully to fix it on my own, I called Maffet on the referral of my friend (thanks Kelli!). Aaron was friendly and helpful on the phone, he even managed to secure an appointment for me later that day. Chris showed up on time and was polite, friendly, and incredibly helpful. We discussed the problem, the problems with the problem, and what the options were. He fielded all of my questions on this job and we discussed another upcoming project. He got to work and managed to not only clear the clog, but also was able to fix a problem caused by another contractor.

Chris was incredibly helpful, cleaned up the site when he was finished and, most importantly, didn’t talk down to me. Unfortunately that’s not always the case when meeting with someone for a repair issue. I wish more companies were like Maffet and more repair were fielded by people like Chris.

I was recommended to Maffet Plumbing and had a positive experience. We had a leak from our
2 nd floor bathroom through to our first floor. Noah came out and figured out where the problem was and took care of the issue. He was punctual and informative and a pleasure to work with.
I will be calling Maffet Plumbing in the future.

Aaron does awesome work! We needed a new garbage disposal and he gave us lots of good information so that we could make a decision that best suited our needs. He gave us low, medium, and high cost options. Aaron is very knowledgeable and does great work. I would highly recommend Maffet Plumbing to all family and friends!!

Maffet Plumbing Services was remarkable. We had a cracked sewer pipe that needed to be replaced in our new home. MPS was very responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. Aaron was very helpful in answering all of my new home-buyer questions and took his time explaining everything and doing a quality job. He went out of his way to replace a pipe under our kitchen sink that we had no idea was clogged, which saved us from future problems. He left the workspaces very clean, too! I cannot say enough of how grateful we are to this honest, professional, and knowledgeable plumbing service.

Emailed Aaron about a leaking hot water heater. He was responsive and gave me a very clear price right away. He was able to get out within two business days and replaced the hot water heater in an afternoon. He was awesome with communication the whole way through. Good price and extremely professional. I highly recommend Maffet!

I've been using Maffet Plumbing for all my plumbing needs: install new water lines and a gas line when I moved my laundry room, Fixed heating issue when I had a carbon dioxide leak ... installed a utility sink and so much more. They are always responsive, come when they say they will. If they are running a little late ,They never leave you hanging... they stay in touch. I recommend them all the time!

Maffet Plumbing to the rescue!! My parents are seniors who live in the in-law suite of our home, and their toilet became really clogged. Maffet Plumbing was very kind on the phone and came same day. It was fixed in minutes, and the plumber was so nice and personable. Thank you!!

Maffet is a great company to work with. From our estimate with Chris, who was very professional and informative, to the actual sewer line replacement job, we were very pleased. The guys were courteous, got the job done quickly, and did a beautiful job cleaning up our yard when finished. We would definitely call Maffet with any future plumbing needs!

I didn’t think service like this existed anymore! Maffet went above and beyond to expedite parts and repair my toilet before my out of town guests came for Thanksgiving. Communication was excellent, and price was fair. They were super clean and careful in my home, wearing shoe covers and bringing their own towels and floor coverings. My husband contacted Maffet on two separate occasions, both were emergencies due to a slab leak and pipe leak in the kitchen ceiling. Each time Maffet came out quickly & did a fantastic job. They are reasonably priced, informative, as well as professional. We cannot recommend them enough.
