Called Eugene Adams to have my outside A/C unit disconnected because I was having a concrete patio installed I called them because they were the ones who installed the system about 4 years ago they are an excellent company to deal with but the reason for this review is for the young man Josh I am sorry but I didn’t get his partners name Josh was the nicest person I ever dealt with he is a credit to the company all dealings I had with this company were excellent that’s why Eugene Adams is my AC guy

Had a new gas installation approx. two years ago and was not 100% happy with the venting. After a thorough inspection, cleaning and replacement of suspect parts, venting was redone with proper attention to specs. Scheduling, technicians' knowledge and execution are second to none. Have been using them for years, but after a recent estimate for a new AC was ridiculous, I went to a local competitor. Wound up spending $5,200 instead of the $8,500 I was quoted. In addition, I found that I was also being overcharged on coolant and basic servicing for years. I will not be back.

Update:
After my new AC unit was installed, I found out from the new company that I needed a permit and an inspection from the township. They told me that they had already filed the paperwork, that the permit was ready, and that I needed to schedule an inspection of their work. Eugene Adams had installed my last AC unit, but never informed us about a Township inspection or permit. I had no idea that this needed to be done. I wonder if anyone else has had the same thing happen to them after Eugene Adams installed their AC units? Regardless, avoid using this company.
