I had used this landscaper for a couple of years, and while the work was sometimes decent, my most recent experience was extremely unprofessional and upsetting. I scheduled a fall clean up like I had done several times before. This time he asked for payment in advance for a fall cleanup, which I trusted him with based on our prior working relationship. He was fully aware that I am a widow and that I have been struggling financially, yet after receiving my payment, he never showed up to do the work. I reached out multiple times to follow up, begging him to just be honest and come do the work , but he stopped responding completely. He then blocked me from calling, texting, and contacting him on social media. I was left having paid for services that were never completed, with no explanation and no refund. This situation has been incredibly disappointing, especially after being a loyal customer for years. I would strongly caution others against paying in advance, or hiring this company to do any sort of work as my experience resulted in losing money and being ignored.
I hope others do not have to go through the same experience.
