One Call Electric's techs came on time; were extremely professional and courteous. They explained everything as they went along. No surprise charges. Did an excellent job. Cleaned up everything. Would definitely use them again.

I was told pretty much what was going to be done. Very satisfied with explanation. Luis checked the date on my hot water heater and said that it was almost time to replace. Along with the things I need done on my AC I also ordered a new hot water heater. Best thing is you can pay once a month

I've been a customer of One Call Electrical Heating & Cooling Service Inc since 2019 and nothing they do cease to amaze me. Over the years I have had them install a new electrical panel, a mini ductless split, and service my HVAC unit multiple times. They are very knowledgeable and professional with their craft. I've built many relationships with the staff and the owner over the years and they always made me feel like a valued customer. I definitely recommend them for any heating and cooling needs or electrical work. 6 out of 5 stars!

Great Company- excellent technicians and fantastic customer service!! Henry came today to perform electrical inspection and he was thorough, explained everything and was so nice. All technicians that have come have been top notch!! Tim and Luis and wish I can remember the other technicians who have done work including new A/C unit, new heating unit, chimney sleeve…. And the list goes on. Kudos to One Call a great company that you can always count on!!

My wife and I needed an electrician to come to our home immediately due to an unexpected electrical outage. My wife called several places and was told that there was no available electrician to come to our home on such short notice. My wife then called One Call Electrical and that’s all it took! Henry, our assigned electrician, was excellent! He was very professional, knowledgeable and understanding. He worked diligently until our electrical issue was resolved. Michelle from One Call was excellent too! She was extremely courteous and concerned about our electrical issue. One Call Electrical should be extremely proud of their professional staff! My wife and I will be using them for our future electrical needs.

Mark and his team did a fantastic job installing a new electrical panel at my mom’s house in Somerset, NJ. They upgraded the outdated electrical service with a modern and safe GE panel. The team was prompt and efficient and communicated effectively. The One Call Electric office staff were also patient while I had to arrange for the town to complete inspections. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs a good NJ electrician.

One Call is awesome, the technician, Joe, was very thorough in conducting my furnace inspection and explaining his findings. Very pleasant and professional young man.

Kyle came out to give me an estimate for a few things I want done. He was very thorough, and he was easy to talk to and very friendly. One Call Electric had done all the electrical work for the builder that built my house for me 26 years ago and I haven't had any issues since...having some recessed lights put in, new attic fan, and new bathroom fan.

Osmen came to do a couple of the jobs and he was very knowledgeable and thorough in doing his work. Awesome worker!

Great customer service and the tech Luis was excellent explaining about my HVAC unit during the safety inspection. Massive thanks to Michelle for scheduling my appointment and providing insights into the various options available. I will certainly continue to do business with them and recommend them to friends and family. It is clear that the owner, Mark, takes great pride in his business, running it with exceptional service.

Our furnace was serviced today by Dale. He's a very nice young man, and did a thorough inspection. He found a few issues and took his time explaining several possible solutions, before we decided what was best for us. We have used One-Call for the installation of a Generac generator, a new furnace and AC unit, new water heater and more. We couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism we receive every time!!

This company is awesome! Everyone I’ve talked to in the office from Kaitlyn to even the owner Mark were very friendly & professional. The team that came to my home to do the work were also amazing. Osman explained the scope of work in detail & his team of Amber & others were very clean & did a great job. They all made the experience less stressful! On a scale of 1- 10 this company gets an 11! Definitely recommend.

It is so rare these days to find a company you can have total faith in. One Call Electric is a wonderful company that I have been relying on for several years that provides several services. Not only is One Call Electric comprised of amazingly knowledgeable and efficient technicians; they are patient and take the time to explain their findings and suggestions in a manner that is understandable. And the techs put on booties so they don't mess up the customers floors; and without the customer having to ask them to do so! Lastly, whenever I have had to contact the office, I have always been greeted and helped by a wonderful and most patient young lady who has always provided me with the best possible, most reasonable options and when necessary -- with the option for fair, excellent financing. There really is just "one call" to make for electric, heating and cooling services. I highly recommend One Call.

Preston and jimmy did very good work, Preston was straightforward, told me what I needed done and future repairs, they did a very good job on the electrical panel, i would recommend them, they going to recommend to you different option, I would say you know your budget do what you can within your budget and they have financing so that helps also

Henry did an excellent job on my EV wall charger. I was notified when they was on their way. Henry got the job done very quickly. Everything was nice and clean after he got done. Had an issue logging into my Chargepoint account and Henry stayed to resolve the issue until the problem was solved. I would highly recommend One Call Electric if anyone needed any electrical work for their home. A+++

I had an exceptional experience with your business and the 4.9 stars were point on. I was in need of some serious electrical panel upgrade as well as the outside meters. With six people living in this house , each individual was consuming a lot more electricity now than ever. This was causing brownouts and circuits being tripped. Not only do I have new panels but also have increased capacity to run heavy duty power consuming devices for many many decades to come thanks to Eduardo(electrician) and his crew.

The crawl space runs along under the house where dirt meets rodents is filthy and dirty and many many thanks for your team getting right under there in that dark spot and getting the job done.

Eduardo is an exceptional individual and is a great asset to your company and will be looking forward to doing more business in the future.
