Had an issue at my parents house with a serious clog backing everything up and we tried a couple of things/spots with my dad‘s friend and couldn’t figure out the issue. I contacted Luis over at FMS Plumbing at almost midnight and was surprised he even responded so late!! Came the next day and in under 10 mins the issue was resolved!! Extremely satisfied with the customer experience and knowledge. In the future I will never think twice about who to contact!! THANK YOU!!

After Ida passed by a few weeks ago she left a flooded basement and laundry room in her path of destruction. It looked like something out of a horror movie
On my son’s recommendation I called FMS and Luis promised to come by, evaluate and provide an estimate
Next morning he was here at 8:30 am
Detailed the process/cost and ensured once the job was completed I would never have to go through that nightmare again

The Team with Eric as their leader installed a Sewer Back-flow Valve. YAY!!!

They were incredible responsive -answering my texts way after business hours. Gave me a quote Monday and were able to replaced my hot water heater the next day. They were also able to get the hot water heater I wanted (a tankless Rinnai). Highly recommend!

Awesome guy. Came out to fix my radiator did a great job. Unfortunately when you do plumbing doing one thing might break something else that is old, which is what happened. Same guy came back and fixed the problem for nothing more than the cost of the parts, wasn't his fault so that was extremely generous. Definitely recommend and will absolutely use again.

Our furnace broke on the coldest day of the year. FMS was able to come out same day and diagnose the problem. He special ordered parts for next day pick up to get us back up and running as fast as possible. The team is very knowledgeable and responsive. Great customer service and would highly recommend.

Called the owner Louis on Mother's Day for a drain cleaning. He is an easy going guy and professional as well. He worked hard yet reasonable charge. Louis helped us unclog the big pipe within an hour and even saved us more money by showing his professional advice and action. Overall this company is able to serve customer satisfaction.

FMS installed our dishwasher and moved the water and gas line as we rearranged our appliances. They were quick to respond, courteous and did the job quickly and efficiently. They also moved our appliances with care and did a clean job. They were wonderful and we will be using them for more jobs in the future.

FMS Plumbing is very good, professional and responsive. I had a corroded steam pipe that was leaking and needed replacement. Luis Fanlo and Nick came quickly and checked the pipe, provided a reasonable estimate and completed the work the same day. Very professional and knowledgeable. A pleasant experience. Will call them again if I need plumbing services.

Can’t say enough positive things on this company! Eric did a full day of work at my new house in Warren (new water heater, a few pipe repairs, new sup pump, new on/off water valves, few other things also) he explained everything so well, he did and repaired everything beyond expectation and went above and beyond to give me TOP quality work. He even labeled the levers for me so I knew what was what. Eric cut no corners, and altered his schedule to get the work done quickly for me. Plus he was super friendly and professional. Highly recommend, (and I never write reviews by the way)! Also - pricing very fair and better than other companies.

He delivered big time ❗️ Eric Thomas worked on my sump pump. He was extraordinary ‼️ The best Plummer I have had in 23 years of owning a home. Professional, considerate, help with all my questions. But mostly his experience and knowledge was undeniable. It was truly a pleasure to work with him. From the 2 people I interacted with, it seems this is a company that cares about its Customers. That is a blessing in this day and age.

FMS did a great job repairing a clogged sewer line. Luis and Brett were early for their appointment. The job turned out to be bigger than expected. They provided an immediate quote and guaranteed completion same day. All work was professional and would recommend to anyone needing plumbing services .

Very nice guys who I would have in my home at any time. They make you very comfortable while doing a professional job! Don't waste your time with anyone else because FMS is the best.

We needed to have a very slow draining kitchen sink addressed and it was a blockage well beyond the p-trap. Luis responded almost immediately at 10 pm at night and came the next day to investigate as promised. He came prepared with all necessary tools and quickly cleared the blockage. When he was done, he tested the drains over and over again to ensure that the job was completed and even took the time to clean-up and wipe down the whole area before leaving. He was friendly, professional, and the price was very reasonable. As the owner, he clearly takes pride in his work and I would highly recommend his services.

Used FMS plumbing for a collapsed sewer pipe. They dug up the old one and replaced it with PVC. It was the fact that they gave me all the potential price scenarios before agreeing to use them. It ended up being the least expensive scenario, lucky for me. But they started right away and finished quickly. I was back to my regular day to day without having to deal with a drawn out plumbing disaster. Highly recommend using them.

This is the 4th time we have used Arrow Sewer and Drain over the last two years. They consistently provide excellent service at reasonable rates. They are polite, professional and explain in advance what they need to do. I highly recommend them.

Called FMS after reading positive Google reviews. The reviews were correct; FMS does excellent work. Luis (a very nice young man) repaired a clog in the kitchen sink and the drainage pipes leading from the sink. While at my home, he also replaced a damaged valve. The work was done quickly and professionally; I will use FMS again and highly recommend them. By the way, this work was done during the Covid-19 pandemic and Luis wore gloves and a mask while in my home; awareness of his health and the health of his clients is another positive point about him and the company.

We tried this company for the first time and we are satisfied. We had a massive clog and they took care of it. This included breaking cement and finding the leak. They are very accommodating and pleasant. We will definitely use them again. They have all the necessary equipment to find clogs and leaks. They use camera to get to the problem.

Best company ever, just amazing, Luis came out was in and out and fixed my leaking furnace, now I can wash my dishes and take a nice hot shower!!! He will be back very soon as I have other work to be done asap!!
