I have been using Alpine Heating and Cooling for over 30 years. Their service is always outstanding. Brian is an amazing technician. His personality and experience are exceptional. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our furnace and explained the solution. The furnace was up and running in no time.

Our air-conditioning broke on a Sunday night and less than 24 hours later, it was repaired and fully serviced by Alpine's technician, Brian. Alpine had installed the AC and furnace 12 years ago and we never call anyone else for service (which we've never needed on the AC before now). They are nice, professional, clear about pricing and easy to deal with.

We changed our HVAC company to Alpine several years. Our former company gave us a ridiculous quote to repair our heater. Alpine’s price for the repair was extremely reasonable and they did a wonderful job. Last year they did a great job replacing one of our AC units. They are honest, competent, reliable, accommodating and always courteous. I highly recommend them!

Amazing people and company! Art and his grandson, Brett, came out on Monday to give us a quote. Art easily answered all of my questions and was extremely knowledgable. His experience is evident. On Tuesday, we made our decision to go with Alpine as they instilled the greatest confidence out of all of our quotes. I spoke with Robin the same day and she arranged for replacement of our non-functioning unit the very next day. Within 48 hours of the estimate, we had a new working system! This surpassed my expectations. Everyone that came to our house was very respectful and friendly. Their prices are extremely reasonable. We can't say enough about this experience. Thank you, Alpine!

Alpine Refrigeration company is a very professional and very accommodating company. I was glad that I got their reference through my neighbor. I had to replace my water heater, and within next day my water heater was replaced, the techs were professional and did a clean job. Also, I would like to say their office personnel are very as well nice, particularly (Robin). I'll use them for my future work and recommend others to try them as well, you won't disappointed.

The team at Alpine did a great job and gave a good price on replacing my central air unit. Called them after PSE&G so-called "worry free" refused to replace my AC unit without a replacement of the heating unit underneath it that worked perfectly well. Alpine gave me a very good price on an overstock AC unit and did a neat, no-fuss installation by their own crew. Could not ask for more.

Alpine replaced my furnace and and hot water heater many years ago and I have been using them ever since- they are courteous and reliable and pleasant to deal with.

I have used Alpine’s services twice now. First to fix my air conditioner that was installed by another company and needed another part to cool the entire house properly. Second to fix my heating system. Alpine was very professional, showed up when they said they would, fixed the problem on the first visit. Highly recommend.

I got in touch with Alpine after we discovered our air conditioner had a leak and the refrigerant it used was obsolete, necessitating a new unit entirely. Alpine gave me a very fair price for a new Lennox unit with installation, unlike some other companies I had gotten in touch with. Their seasoned team completed the installation in a few hours and the unit has been running great for 3+ years.

I have also used Alpine for periodic issues with our furnace, which once required a motherboard replacement and had a dirty flame sensor another time. Each time they have been very responsive, and accurately diagnosed and fixed the problem. I look forward to doing continued business with them as well as recommending them to friends and family!

The Alpine workers did a great job in sealing the copper pipe in my ceiling. They worked diligently until they were sure that the pipe was fixed.

The techs from Alpine Refrigeration are very efficient and knowledgeable. They are very patient to answer my questions. The crew came on time and installed two HVAC units and one water heater in one and a half days to help us avoid the heat wave. The price is reasonable and competitive. It is a great experience to use them.

I spoke with Alpine this morning about my hot air having a weird smell when it was on. They sent someone out and diagnosed the issue quickly. I received a call saying that they needed to order the part and they'd be able to install tomorrow. However their technician drove to the supply depot to get the part necessary and came back same day to install. Brian was very helpful and I appreciated the extra effort to allow me to be warm in my house! Would definitely recommend!

A good friend of mine, who is now retired, owned an HVAC business and recommended Alpine Refrigeration when I needed a new AC unit and furnace. They told me they wouldn’t go anywhere else to have an HVAC system installed. Art and his team were very responsive with quotes and scheduling and everyone in the office is very nice and professional. They did a really great job! I too would not go anywhere else and recommend Alpine Refrigeration.

Everyone I dealt with at Alpine was thoroughly professional. The person who quoted the job explained all of my options and took plenty of time to answer all of my questions. Their installation staff arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, cleaned up thoroughly, and again answered all of my questions. The quality of their work was really outstanding and the price for the job was reasonable. I would definitely use Alpine again.

I submitted an appointment request online for same day service. Alpine communicated well, our serviceperson Troy arrived on time, and he was friendly and knowledgeable. Got our a/c back up and running in a flash. And we didn’t lose an arm or a leg when settling our bill. Won’t call anyone else! Neither should you!

We had the HVAC system at our church building in East Brunswick quit working. Alpine did a thorough review and provided a very reasonable proposal. Upon contracting with them, they began the work quickly without receiving the normal deposit. The work was completed timely and with professionalism. The owner (Arthur) took time on 2 different phone calls to explain the reasoning and answer questions.

The team with Alpine Refrigeration were very nice, courteous, and professional. We needed to get the heat exchanger replaced and it was still under warranty, they were prompt to getting the correct part ordered and then scheduled a time for them to perform the replacement. The team were very proficient and explained things about it as I asked for my own knowledge. Will definitely call them again as the summer is around the corner and need to make sure the house is cooled properly.

Sunday - day of an impending snowstorm, and right before a major cold snap coming. Woke up to the heat not coming on right. Called and left a message with Alpine hoping they would check the messages like they say. Got a call back within a 1/2 hour and Troy showed up not even 2 hours later. Found the simple problem and remedied it and was off. Always find Alpine to be responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Alpine originally installed my furnaces, A/C, Humidifiers and Air Cleaner when my house was built in 1986 and they have provided my service ever since. Earlier this year, we added a whole house generator. Their promptness, work, and advice has always been the best and I recommend them without reservation.

It's now been 4 years since I originally posted the review above and I continue to be highly satisfied with Alpine's service, and I continue to recommend them without hesitation.
