Had Biles Electric out a couple of times 1st in fall or 2016 for a water heater replacement, decided to convert to tankless. Jason came out did the estimate and from our conversation I knew he was a pro at what he does, courteous, patient and best of all wasn’t trying to upsell from my original request. When the time came to do the job, the project was done and completed in a timely and professional manor. At inspection time the towns inspector was pleasantly surprised and even commented that the connections they used were not common due to the cost.
On the second project I went with a less expensive(not by much) alternative. In the end the original HVAC contractor screwed up the system so badly I had to have them com out twice to try to repair on the third time I ended up calling Biles, they tore down half the previous contractors work, corrected, completed, tested and balanced the system in one days work.
I have a second zone HVAC system that will need to be replaced this year and with 0 doubt that Sharon’s team will do the job right the first time.
I keep reminding myself that in the end cheap is rarely cheap or worth the price

I'd like to take this opportunity to say how thankful I am that Biles Electrical exists. My wife and I just purchased a home in East Brunswick and decided to host thanksgiving. The only problem was that we didn't have a garbage disposal and didn't have the time or the skill set to install one ourselves. So I called Biles and they came right away to install it. Better yet, they showed up at the time they said they would and walked me through the entire process while they were there. Not only that, they put back everything where it belonged when they were done. That has never happened before. Biles is definitely a class act.

They were able to come out quickly to diagnose and fix the issue on the same visit. Will definitely call again if I need work done.
