Called for an emergency call my central air went out in the middle of the night approximately 30 minutes after calling a repair technician was at my house the technician was knowledgeable and professional and took care of our system and got it running I will definitely be calling to set up a yearly service contract with them

My experience with them was good. They answered the phone when I called. They sent a tech the next day to look at my broken unit. The tech Charlie was great. He fixed my unit and I felt the cost was reasonable what more could you want. I will be using them again for maintenance and any future needs.

Found my new HVAC company. My AC unit broke and I have been unhappy with the service provided by the company that installed in the unit, so I called C&M. Very impressed with the service received. They came out the same day and let me know that my unit was still under warranty, they were not the company that installed the unit and went the extra steps on checking the warranty. They repaired the unit and did the paperwork for the warranty! Very honest and professional, will definitely use again. Thank you C&M!

Talked to the owner Rich today. Very helpful, their business should be the right place to call before making any discussions. They’re patient and knowledgeable. Going to request the services for my new business next year.

We had a great experience with C&M! Cindy was very quick to help schedule a technician for us, on short notice, and also incredibly helpful giving us some great advice on our warranty. And Freddie who showed up for the service call, was extremely knowledgeable, professional and up-front. He explained that we were previously misled by some other HVAC technicians, and conducted a thorough inspection of our unit, and gave us recommendations on how to keep it running well. C&M are great, and I'll be switching to them going forward. Thank you!

Overcharged for a service call. Broken AC and needed a repair and was stuck Way too expensive.
I appreciate the response from The owner Rich. You guys did a good job and I have no issue with that. Be happy to discuss it further. But the pricing on the parts is unreasonable. My exact part for the oval constant run capacity is 12.14 on supply house. You used a more expense toro constant run which is 65 on supply house. I’m assuming you used this for my convenience because it’s what you had and perhaps it is a premium piece. And that’s fine. 2 parts used I can buy for 75. What would you pay for a reasonable 1 hour service call and replacement of $75 parts ? I’m not posting the final price here but you have my number to call me if you want to discuss. I do appreciate how quickly and professional your tech was and getting service back up but like I said I felt stuck in this situation and paid your price
