Prompt, thorough, kind service professionals came to fix what I thought was a broken spigot. They explained what the issue was and made no judgment of the fact I could have fixed it myself! They were wonderful. Can’t wait to call on them again!

Lucky to have found Bruce Trano plumbing! They went out of their way to help us when our heat suddenly stoped working. Showed such care and compassion for our situation, and were able to resolve our heating issue. This after another company misdiagnosed the problem and told us it would take 3 days for a new part.

Our hot water heater just blew. We had called PSEG since we have worryfree, and not only was it not covered, but they provided a not great estimate to replace it. We had been without hot water for a week trying to sort through the PSEG stuff. So we finally contacted Trano Plumbing. They came out within 2 hours to give us an estimate, which was great, and then returned the next morning to fix everything. Super easy, very friendly, super fast service. Couldn't be happier!

Identified and fixed the issue immediately, wore masks while working in my home, and now I have water pressure in my shower! The biggest issue is that this business actually calls people back when they request a service. Most plumbers in this area never call you back after leaving numerous messages! Reasonably priced and very knowledgeable. They will be the first I call for all of my future plumbing needs!!!!!

We knew we wanted to use Trano & Sons, Plumbing & Heating from the first phone call to their office – Stephanie Trano or their office staff actually answered the phone, every time we called. We wanted our old alcove cast iron bathtub replaced with a deep soaking acrylic tub. Craig Trano with Mike Schettino of Rock Solid Home Improvements, came to look at the bathroom, took measurements of the room and the new tub (we purchased the tub & plumbing fixtures), and checked out the existing plumbing in the basement. Of all the contractors who looked at our project, none were this thorough, and some didn't even want to do the job.

Once Mike the Plumber and Mike S., started the job, the work continued full time until it was done... and what a job they did!

We only have 1 shower so we were under some time constraints. Some plumbing work was required to properly connect the new tub drain to the old sewer line connection because of previous shoddy workmanship. The alcove was totally tiled, and we were afraid that removing some of the tiles and re-tiling with different tiles would make the alcove look like a patch job. Mike S. worked with us to design the tiling, and it's absolutely beautiful.

These guys are true professionals and know what they're doing. Highly recommended!!!

I certainly recommend Trano Plumbing and Heating. Craig Trano did all the rather extensive plumbing when we put a good-sized addition on the back of our house here in Westfield some fifteen years ago. His work was not only professional; but, elegant (I'm a contractor and a fussy guy). Before that Trano Plumbing did all the plumbing when we finished our existing basement including a full bath with shower and a kitchen, and a new sewer. They are friendly, competent and competitively priced.

We used Bruce Trano Plumbing to prepare my mother in laws home for sale. Craig was responsive and On Time and neat. He offered an experienced solution to a longstanding drainage issue and for a fair price. Craig said he grew up in the trade, it shows in his approach, he is a true professional.

Owe so much to this company (and that's why I use them to this day). When my house got destroyed in Tropical Storm Ida, we truly lost everything. No heat. No AC. No sump pump. No hot water heater. All gone. We were desperate and they could've taken us to the cleaners. Instead....efficient, economical and just wonderful. Highly recommended.

I have been using Bruce Trano Plumbing for my plumbing needs for over 10 years and have never had a problem. They are punctual and when they do the job, it is repaired on the first visit with no need to come back. When I have had an emergency, that needed a quick response, they were able to accomodate me. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

First time using Trano Bruce Plumbing & Heating. Great experience and they did fantastic work. The owner came to the house to give us an estimate and they showed up as scheduled on 3 different occasions. Stephanie answers the phone and schedules work and she was extremely helpful and a very nice person. If you need a plumber I would suggest using this company. We have used Bruce Trano & Sons plumbing for the past two decades and they have always delivered. They are extremely reliable, come out for appointments ASAP (emergency basis too), are very knowledgeable and perhaps most importantly they are honest & trustworthy. Sadly, you often read/hear acomplaints from people who have been ripped off by contractors performing unnecessary work and charging excessive fees, I can assure you that if you use Bruce Trano & Sons for your plumbing issues you’ll I never have to worry about that again when it comes to your plumbing.
