He exceeded expectations with an outstanding performance at a reasonable cost. His professionalism, courtesy, and expertise shone through, as he took the time to instruct me on using my central air unit's features. Kudos for going beyond the call of duty – truly appreciated!

I met with the owner of ARIES HEATING & COOLING on a Sunday morning, expecting a straightforward inspection of my rental property in Bogota. Instead, we spent an hour discussing various details, only to realize he was going to give me a quote for installing a new AC system at my home 500 yards away.

Things took a turn when he mentioned his $90 per inspection fee, seemingly out of the blue. I pointed out that our meeting had already taken up more than an hour and that he would be visiting another property nearby, which should have been included in the initial quote. The owner insisted on charging me separately for each location, citing the need to make a living.

At this point, I found his stance unacceptable and ended our interaction abruptly. It was clear that ARIES HEATING & COOLING's business model relies heavily on nickel-and-diming customers, which is not a practice I'm willing to tolerate.

Following my experience, I've noticed suspiciously positive reviews from individuals who seem to be associated with the company. These reviewers appear to have a vested interest in promoting the business, and their glowing praise seems overly coincidental. As someone who's been burned by ARIES HEATING & COOLING's questionable practices, I'll continue to share my story in hopes that others will be warned about this company's tactics.

One of these reviews is particularly concerning, as it appears to be posted by a person with ties to the company. The reviewer claims to be a local guide with a suspiciously similar name to the owner. A screenshot of this review has been attached for reference, and I have reason to believe it may be deleted soon.

Terrible experience with this company. They showed up uninvited, ran the meter while inspecting my AC and left without doing any work. When I complained, they only made things worse. Avoid them at all costs.

I spoke to the owner, who requested a $500 deposit before coming to my home to inspect my AC. I was uncomfortable with the amount and asked if he'd be willing to reduce it to half, but he said I should "call him back when I'm comfortable" and hung up. This is extremely unprofessional; I've never paid a deposit for any service call before.
