I had a terrible experience with Residential Energy Improvements. Contacting Daniele Dario or Sophie was a nightmare - multiple calls went unanswered, and messages were left without any response. It's astonishing how basic customer service can be botched so badly.

Not being able to get in touch with anyone, let alone receive a follow-up call, made me question the company's competence in handling actual work or support. To me, it seemed like my time was completely disregarded.
