Called Len the plumbers for an emergency, leak from the ceiling of 1st floor bathroom. Luke, the technician arrived within an hour. He was friendly, personable, and professional. Explained everything that could be the issue. He figured out the issue right away, and it was fixed within an hour. Highly recommend Len the plumber, thank you, Luke!

Reynell was able to find a open drain pipe that was covered with a cup this drain pipe was causing a disturbing sewer smell in my home for years and nobody ever knew so I want to thank him for his detective work.

Our main pipe was clogged. After calling two other places with no success we contacted "Len The Plumber ".
They called /text on the estimated time of arrival, keeping us up to date. They even sent a text containing a photo of the technician that would be arriving.
Shaun our technician arrived before the estimated time. He evaluated the problem and went right to work.

Súper Fast and Efficient! Resolved my clogged shower drain “same day” that I’ve had several other plumbers work on and couldn’t fix. I am extremely happy thanks to L. Torres for making it happen! Highly recommend this service company!

We had an emergency job (water coming from the ceiling) Len the Plumber had someone to our house in less than 1 hour. Jim the technician was knowledgeable and helpful. Within 24 hours we had the toilet that caused the issue replaced, and were connected with a company to help us with the next steps. Will definitely be using Len again in the near future for projects in our new home!

Luke of Len the Plumber was the third person who attempted to install my new water filter. He was very knowledgeable and did the job quickly. I would recommend him and this company. They charge quite a bit but it was worth the money.

Needed a new water heater and Len the plumber came to my rescue same day I called. My tech Vincent demonstrated exceptional knowledge and skills and was nothing but professional the entire time. Pricing was a little bit pricey but the plumber was transparent about it. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need. Ask for Vincent from the cherry hill location! He drove all the way to Clifton Nj to take care of me. Thank you Vincent for all your hard work and patience with our concerns. I came home from work to find my water heater pouring out water. I called Len the Plumber and the service I got throughout the whole experience was awesome! Diane made sure that we got a technician out the same evening. Marlon walked me through the process and stayed until very late to make sure that we got a new heater. Thank you!!!

We had a leak on a weekend and they were the only 24 hour service that we could find in our area and I am so glad that we did. They came within 1.5 hours and were extremely thorough. The plumbers took an immense amount of time to diagnose and find where the water was coming from. They also recommended and set up multiple other services that we needed (water remediation & sewer pipe flushing). The regional manager, Anthony and the plumbers Daniel and Donovan were all amazing. We also had them replace our water heater too.

He arrived earlier than expected and had a good idea of where the problem was. Michael Z. Was professional, seemed to have vast knowledge and experience. I got my sump pump replaced at my house with them the technicians were Luke and James. Very honest and professional. Price was also reasonable compared to other few I contacted for quotes. Will definitely use them again for any plumbing issue.

They were extremely fast in their service. I couldn't make the first appt, but they were able to come again very quickly. Luke was very friendly and helpful in explaining what we needed, which was a new faucet. We couldn't have asked for better service. Very happy. Would use you again on the future.

They sent over Shaun Clark to work on our bathroom drain line. He was very good! Found the exact issue with no problem. He worked fast and clean. The communication from the company was really good as well. A lot of places I called didn’t return my call or no one was available. Highly recommend.
