We didn’t know what was wrong with our outdoor lighting, and Nate was open and honest and said how it was a simple matter of just replacing out the fixture. It ended up being something I can do myself and the fact that Nate was honest and didn’t do any unnecessary work shows a lot about his character and the company. Would highly recommend to all.

Wave electric was excellent! George arrived on time, offered and completed a free home electrical inspection, completed my requested repairs promptly and efficiently, and gave me some suggestions for future electrical upgrades when I was ready. I would definitely use them again!

I purchased a kitchen light fixture this week. I called wave electric and was surprised that Frank was able to come that day to install it. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He was very meticulous in his work and wanted to be sure the light was at the right angle and height for me. Frank cleaned everything when he was finished. I highly recommend Wave

Our lights went out this morning, but not our electricity. I called Wave and they picked up right away and sent someone out a few hours later. The person I spoke with on the phone and the technician (Nate) were both super nice and helpful, and the work was done quickly and efficiently. It was also nice that they do a safety check around the house before leaving. I'm only renting this house, but when I move into a more permanent place I will having Wave come by once a year for a safety check as well as take care of any of our electrical work that we need done.

This Electrical Company is terrific. I called Kim in the office yesterday, she was so helpful. Explained who they are and what they do without me having to ask. My technician Nick was awesome, he walked the job offered me a very professional estimate and assured me everything he needed for the job was on the truck. Kim initially explained the trucks are fully stocked. Kim and Nick earned this review. Look no further WAVE ELECTRIC is an excellent company!

What a pleasant first experience with Wave Electric! New to the area I called several others (rude and/or unresponsive) before I reached Wave. They scheduled my appointment for just days after my call, were professional, courteous & knowledgeable. George was here for the service call, kept adjusting the fixture until I was completely happy, and cleaned up thoroughly. I’ll be calling them for all my electrical needs.

This company is amazing - customer service person who does the schedules is wonderful and so helpful on the phone The technician they sent Frank was the best. He was courteous knowledgeable, explained everything in detail and checked everything over to make sure it was all done and walked me through it at the end . I was so so impressed by the job and the rate i was given i signed up for the service plan. I now have my new electricians for the future and will def refer them to my family to use. This company is fair and reasonably priced - but their techs ( Frank) takes pride in his work. I would recommend them to anyone who asks me

Wave Electric is like a breath of fresh air! They are an example on how to run a business properly. I had several jobs that needed to be done, and they were able to complete everything in one day. My electrician was great! He explained everything along the way, and kept me updated. The administrative staff are responsive, courteous, and professional. I would highly recommend Wave Electric!

Wave provided great service and were able to work around schedules. Nate is the best and Kim in the office couldn’t be nicer.

I got an appointment very quickly. Nate, the electrician, was on time. Took his shoes off when he came into the house. Explained the problem and what could be done. Took care of the problem!

I contacted Wave through a Google search as I wanted to replace a light fixture and was greeted by Amanda who heard my urgency and scheduled my service. I explained I would appreciate an earlier date and she noted my request.
On the morning of my service, Amanda called to advise of an earlier appointment. Frank arrived on time, very professional and exchanged my fixture. Doing the service other fixture replacements were discussed, Frank informed us that the supplies for recessed lights were on his fully stocked truck and made the change. Frank was very pleasant and mostly importantly neat and cleaned the work area.
Excellent service, cost efficient and we will definitely use again.

Called needing an electrical panel inspection and was able to receive an appointment within days. Staff was very friendly and I was able to received my paperwork immediately after. I will definitely use Wave Electric again.

Our technician (Matt) was highly skilled, knowledgeable and explained every detail of the project we wanted done -- he installed two ceiling lights in our primary bath. He also was respectful of our home, very tidy and friendly. A job well done. Thank you, Linda and Charlie Menut (Red Bank).

We were fortunate to have Nate assigned to us . Having had multiple unfortunate experiences in the past —with other electric companies - Nate was experienced- friendly -resolved our issue in a quick and timely manner……I have already requested Nate for additional projects in my home.

I called a company for a service call for my Generac. In speaking with the women on the phone she told me the earliest date was about 4 weeks out. I scheduled 1st date!
Well waited around and they pulled a no show!
Called them and they told me that I wasn't on the schedule. This went on 2 more times, with other excuses!
I decided to move on and called Wave.
I spoke with Kim and she set me up within a couple of days. We talked about a service contract, which I signed up for!
Wave service person showed up and had all the parts and completed the job.
Great company that keeps continuity with the customer. Couldn't have been any smother! And just to add to this, I was in Florida! Thanks Wave!

Excellent service. I highly recommend Wave Electric Company. Very professional service from the technician. He performed diagnostics and fixed the issue in a timely manner. Our technician, Gabriel, was thorough, courteous and fast! He made sure I knew how to operate the breaker box, the order I needed to set up and turn off everything and was patient with me. Everyone we have spoken to at Wave Electric has been super friendly and helpful. We will only use Wave Electric in the future!
