I have been using this plumbing service for the past few years, and I honestly can't recommend them highly enough. From small fixes to larger issues, they have always been responsive, reliable, and professional.

What really stands out is the level of care and honesty they bring to their work. Bruce takes the time to explain what’s going on, offers practical solutions, and never makes you feel rushed or pressured. It’s rare to find a company that treats customers with this much respect and consistency.

At this point, I feel like the owner is more like a trusted friend than just a service provider. Knowing I can call and count on them to show up and do the job right gives me real peace of mind.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink. I called Bruce first thing in morning, he answered phone told me text my address as he was on his way to another client. He called me an hour later and told me he was on his way to me. Fixed my leak within a few hours after I called. Great service!!

We needed plumbing completed for a new above ground pool. Bruce returned my call within 20 minutes and the job was completed within 24 hours. Bruce took his time to explain his work and educated me on how to best winterize my pool as well. Friendly, fairly priced and knowledgeable! We will be using Proper Plumbing for all of our future plumbing needs.

I recently purchased a place & out of nowhere water starting spraying out of our washer valve. Upon panicking I tried to get a hold of a few plumbing companies. All put me on hold & couldn’t offer me service for a week. I contacted proper plumbing & Bruce was nice enough to look at a picture & FaceTime me to help my situation. Going into detail & explaining how everything works. Also guiding me to provide a temporary solution. He was able to come by his next available time & he did awesome work! Also helped me hook up my dryer providing a close hook up in a tight room. Bruce will always get my business. He is personable, professional, reasonable & overall a great guy. Very nice. Proper plumbing is the way to go! Thank you Bruce!

Bruce immediately responds whenever I have called him and he is quickly available to investigate any plumbing problems. He is compassionate about any issues and takes the time to thoroughly explain issues and the proper solution for it. He seems very knowledgable. He hasn’t tried to up-charge me on any services. I strongly recommend contacting Bruce for your plumbing needs!

Very sloppy work-Doesn't clean up after completing job. Way too expensive.
