Be cautious when dealing with this company. I would strongly advise against using their services, as you'll likely be disappointed. My experience was marked by a lack of transparency and fairness. When they installed pipes, they placed the radiator against the wall instead of under the window - a clear mistake that seemed to catch them off guard. Their response was dismissive, like I was speaking a different language. Later, when they came to kick-start the boiler for the season, their quote dropped from $1500 to $400 without justification. We walked away, but it's clear they're not interested in doing what's right. Buyer beware - don't waste your time or money with them.

I hired Sharif's company in 2021, and he promised to provide me with a copy of the repair done that year. However, when I reached out to him again this year, he claimed he couldn't find it and would give me a new bill if he couldn't locate it. Despite my repeated calls and texts since August, Sharif has yet to deliver on his promise.

I've been left with a significant bill of $800 for a recharge that didn't resolve the issue, which then led to an additional $2600 expense for a whole new mini-split unit. To make matters worse, I was charged twice in a short span of time, likely due to a faulty repair job. The company's lack of transparency and accountability is concerning.

I've tried contacting the original contractor, but they're also unable to provide me with the requested receipt. This has left me questioning whether the new unit was even necessary. It's clear that Sharif's company doesn't stand behind their work, and I strongly advise against using them. They took advantage of a vulnerable customer, and it's simply unacceptable.
