Last minute call. Arrived in 25min and was in and out in about 10-15min.

On the Spot Plumbing & Heating, met and exceeded my expectations. They were experienced, courteous and professional. We reached out to other Companies, they sent out plumbers who were not trained and therefore were unable solve our plumbing problem. They have our full endorsement.

I called them when my ac unit stop working. They were the only ones who responded quickly. Very knowledgeable and I am very happy with there services.

We had a plumbing emergency the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. On the Spot was available and able to resolve the issue immediately. Pricing was affordable and the employee was very courteous, clean and respectful. Thank you.

I had a leak and needed help fast. Technician showed up on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed it in no time. He was professional and took care to cover his shoes before coming in. I’ll definitely use this company again! I barely write reviews but I thought it was important to do it in this instance.

William was prompt and knowledgeable. He was kind of enough to walk around my home and give me an inspection of all of my plumbing concerns . I like that he explained everything to me and allowed me to digest the work that needed to be done. I will be using On The Spot Plumbing for my plumbing needs .

If I could give William 10 stars, I would. I had an issue where a broken pipe caused significant water coming into my basement at 4 pm on a Saturday. William was there in less than an hour, worked for a few hours to try to find the source of the problem, and then finished the job a few days later after he pinpointed what needed to be done. He was fast, he explained everything in great detail, he made sure I understood what he was talking about, and he followed up constantly to make sure everything was ok. The quality of the work was exceptional, the pricing was fair, and the communication was top notch. I won't think of using another plumber again. 5 stars.

Very satisfied with On the Spots work. Was able to quick schedule an appointment. Their service was reasonably priced and very efficient. Will definitely be using/recommending them in the future.

We needed emergency plumbing repair in March 2024, William came out to our house and inspected on the same day. He was professional and courteous from the get go.

William and Mohammad did such a fantastic job. They were on time and super professional. They made sure we were 100% happy with the work and it was quite the job to replace the piping and faucet for the bathtub/shower. We will definitely use them again for plumbing and hvac needs!
