Trevor from Donaldson’s was at my Boonton home yesterday to fix a water pressure issue to the 2nd floor of my 1910 home and I cannot say enough good things about his professionalism! In less than 10 minutes he determined the issue and in under an hour it was resolved. My family has used Donaldson’s before and we’ve always been happy with their work. We’ll continue to refer Donaldson’s and you should to! Ask for Trevor!

They were terrific. Called for a problem with the furnace the evening (late)before the big snow storm. The technician was at the house first thing in the a.m.. He came in replaced the part and the furnace was back on. We have used them many times and are always pleased with their professionalism. Highly reccomend!

I have used Donaldson's Plumbing for about 15 years or so. All I can say is that I highly recommend them. It's hard these days to find an honest, reasonable plumber (or any licensed pro to be honest). Donaldson has done a great job on a few projects/repairs and their rates are fair and reasonable. I recommended them to a friend last week, and was happy to hear the same from him. Again, highly recommend these guys.

They sold me one of there trucks for a lot of money and it broke done in a hour nothing to do with plumbing but if they would get over on someone like that for a truck think what they will do to you for a couple dollars

I had used this guy before and they were ok. I scheduled him to come Thursday morning on Wednesday the night before. We set up for morning from 8-12...I found out late Wednesday night that my sister couldn't be home in the morning because something came up. I called first thing before 8 am Thursday and very nicely asked if he could switch it to the afternoon. He took off on me & said that he would have to call all of these other people and reschedule them & made this huge deal & was straight up rude. I said thank you please do not worry about it I'll figure something else out & I hung up. A minute later he called back, I thought it would be to apologize but instead he decided to yell at me at me some more about how this is my fault and not his then he said good bye and hung up on me. This is one of the most unprofessional and upsetting experiences I have ever had with a person/business. I believe his anger was twice as scary knowing that this man had been in my home before, and knowing that he will continue to go to unsuspecting people's houses. Be careful, a man with this level of anger is not someone anyone should be letting into their home.

We have used Donaldson for years and we were satisfied. However, this month he installed a new sink and faucet and a water filter. Originally over the phone, he said installation for sink is $600 and faucet, $100. He later billed me $1300 saying materisls and labor were more than expected. He said his guys spent over 3 hours installing everything. His guys were here 2 hours and 40 minutes not over 3 hours. When we called to complain about the difference in price he took off $100 from the bill. We are very upset and believe he is a truly overpriced plumber.
