Charles and Andrew went above and beyond to ensure I received great customer service and a permanent fix to my water heater problems. They took their time and troubleshooted multiple times before guiding me to choose the most cost efficient and logical solution. They were friendly, transparent, and professional. This was an emergency call that they accommodated and accomplished within hours. Great service!

My Guy Plumbing to the immediate rescue! Brian came out to save the day, (seriously!) We had an after hours emergency and the staff was friendly, efficient and Brian showed up super quickly! He was thorough and walked us through the entire process as he went along from inspection through the completion of the work. He was knowledgeable, kind, respectful of our home and neat and clean. Excellent service. Highly recommend! 5 star service!

I cannot say enough good things about MyGuy Plumbing & Drain. Bob and Javon were so great, from dealing with my barking dog to answering all of my questions, not to mention the fact that they had us back up and running in no time! In addition to Bob and Javon being great when they came to my house, Jill was also a pleasure to work with on the phone. She understood the urgency when a conflict arose, and was able to work some magic to keep us on the schedule! Huge shout out to all three members of the team that I got to interact with, the other team members behind the scenes, and the company as a whole for employing such great people!! They’re the only people I’ll trust with my plumbing needs in the future.

I recently needed help disconnecting appliances for flooring install and called MyGuy plumbing for help! The Technician, Charles Long was there immediately to disconnect and reconnect the appliances! Charles has a wealth of knowledge and explains everything along the way. I find him honest and respectful! I am so pleased and will highly recommend MyGuy plumbing and Charles to everyone!

Would highly recommend for any plumbing needs. Indoor and outdoor. Devin and Carlos were very professional, courteous, and honest. The team was able to make all repairs quickly, with no “up-selling” or anything of the sort. Business line/office is very responsive and helpful as well.

Shane was very informative and helpful. This appointment was an assessment to see if the gas line could be installed. Shane assured me that is possible. I look forward to working with Shane once my HOA approval is kicked off.

Brian was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He made sure I understood what was being done and took the time to answer any of my questions. I also appreciate him wearing shoe protectors throughout my house even though I told him he didn't have to. The entire experience with My Guy Plumbing has been nothing short of superior. I was so impressed with the abilities of My Guys Plumbing Shane and Sam. I didn’t realize I had as many issues with my pipes other than why I called. They showed me everything they thought needed attention and fortunately could take care of everything that day. I had asked other companies to correct the issues I had and I was told that one of my issues was going to be a problem but not My Guys, they told me nothing was a problem for them. Now that’s customer service! I hope I don’t need them again, but if I do I won’t hesitate to call My Guys Plumbing.

Devin* and Jordan* came through and did an excellent job. Nothing but high praise and salutes to the two gentleman. Great customer service, great service provided, and great cleanup afterwards. If I could afford a plumbing issue every week, I'd request these two by name to come fix it. Once again, thank you both.

Typical Thursday, early afternoon. I saunter from my upstairs home office to my basement lair only to discover one of our ("most homeowners”) least favorite scenes - a pool of perfectly usable hot water surrounding the rusted underbelly of the years-old hot water heater. With the laundry plans on indefinite hiatus, I brainstormed my next moves. Turn off the water, get a towel and a fan on the scene, and call a plumber. An avid radio listener, I was more than familiar with the MYGUY PLUMBING jingle. Maybe too familiar (I do a fairly competent rendition). A quick Google search led to a phone call with Erica at the central station, who in turn dispatched a dynamic duo, Matt C. and his apprentice, Joe. They diagnosed that my heater was, in fact, toast, ran through a number of replacement options, and set us up with a great financing deal. While I did my job upstairs, Matt and Joe did the real work in the basement. Before dinnertime, they had removed the busted appliance, replaced with a brand new Bradford White model, and brought all of the associated pipe / wire / etc. up to date (with the kind help of another local genius MYGUY gentlemen whose name I didn't take down - my apologies). By dinner time, it was like nothing had happened. Great crew all around, incredible pricing, and an insanely fast turnaround time. Special thanks to Matt and JOe for being so cool and putting up with my loud, demanding golden retriever. I can't recommend this team enough. MYGUY, YOURGUY. MYGUY PLUMBING RULES.

I have used MyGuy Plumbing a few times & now plan on our future work as well. Erika & Jill are very organized & a pleasure to deal with every time we call. The jobs I have are always coordinated for us to be with Brian heading up the projects. His customer service, knowledge, quality & cleanliness are top notch. In addition to his customer service, he’s so familiar with us & our needs. We also have the pleasure of Andrew being assigned to Brian’s team. I can’t say enough about their quality of work. Matt and Havon were Awesome !! So knowledgeable and professional. Took the time to review all options and once we made our choice they did a fantastic job. Cleaned up everything so nicely when they were done. Both showers and sink turned out great, Would highly recommend !!!

This is my first time using my guy PLUMBING. I must say they are most professional plumbers. I've ever dealt with in my last 35 years i've been a homeowner Devin and Shane came to my home extremely professional. They made sure they were protection gear on their shoes not to bring in dirt. It's nice to see that there are still true professionals in the field in this day and age of honesty . I highly recommend them.

Charles came to upgrade my shower valve that hadn’t been replaced since the condo was built. He did a phenomenal job. An access panel was installed so I could get immediate access to the shut off valves in case of emergency. This gave me peace of mind in the case of a leak or flood. He also changed my shower head for a better flow quality for showering.
I wouldn’t use anyone else to fix my plumbing. I know I can count on My Guy Plumbing to give quality, professional and reliable service. All the technicians are highly skilled, trained and qualified to do exceptional work. I can’t say “thank you “ enough times for the peace of mind they give me.
