We recently had G&Y Dryer Vent Cleaning out to our home in Wayne, and the results were outstanding. James was friendly and professional. They cleaned out our dryer vent and repaired some damage in our chimney with great care. We had pests in the attic, and their pest control team eliminated the issue fast. The attic insulation they installed has already made our home more energy-efficient. They also took care of a mold issue with expert mold removal and mold remediation service. Their roofing service sealed the deal—this company does it all!

G&Y Dryer Vent Cleaning & Air Duct Cleaning Service in Wayne provided me with an excellent experience. Our attic was finally pest-free thanks to Brian and the team's great chimney repair, thorough cleaning of our dryer vent and air ducts, and pest control treatment. Our home is now more comfortable thanks to the attic insulation they put, and their roofing service promptly rectified a troublesome leak. The professionalism and reasonable prices have made me very satisfied. For any future maintenance, I will most certainly be contacting the G&Y staff!

Called to make an appointment for a simple dryer vent cleaning at my townhome. There was no information on pricing on the website, so when I called I also asked what an estimated price would be (Ballpark figure). The woman said she couldn't give me an exact price but after I gave her all the pertinent information, she said it would be around $99 but that could change slightly when the technician would some by for the job. I asked what that meant and specifically said, "you just quoted me $99, he isn't going here to come here and charge me $300 is he?" The woman said, "Oh no it wouldn't be like that, if anything it would be slightly higher than the $99." So I made an appointment. So the man came and after 15 TOTAL minutes he was finished. He told me the total was $280. I looked at him like he was crazy and told me that my initial quote was $99 but could vary slightly (Slightly to me means up or down my $30 to $40, NOT HUNDREDS). He said that is what the cost is, I said I was told something else and I am NOT paying much more than what I was quoted. He called the office and told someone there that the woman taking reservations told me a certain amount. After he hung up, he said that, unfortunately the price is $280. I said, well unfortunately, I am NOT paying that and added that townhome units are usually about $99 to $129 in that range since it is less complicated than a home. I told him to call his company back which he did and he spoke to someone, the owner I presume and told him what the situation was. After some back and forth, I said the most I would pay would be $140 and that was accepted.

I would totally STAY away from this company that conducts their business this way. I could have went with 5 other companies for much less. Prices and a ranges should also be posted on the website. This sounds like a TOTAL SCAM to me.
