When my heater went out
I met with carl to discuss my options. He was very knowledgeable and explained the systems available and the features.
I went with his recommendation and I am completely happy with it.my house has never been more comfortable. His installers were very professional,explained the different functions,and worked very clean. I would highly recommend CBM and use them again in the future

My previous heating and air company indicated they would no longer service my heater because I would not buy their oil (sound familiar) ??. So, I'm happy I found CBM which did a great job cleaning my heater. They came back a week later, and at no charge, to look at my heater's "starting to fail do- to- age controller". Their service techs are true professionals and know their stuff. I will recommend CBM to anyone else who needs great service for their heating and air needs.

My heater went out and I woke up to a freezing cold house. I called CBM and they came out in just a few hours and fixed the problem. I found their pricing very fair, and their customer service outstanding! I like them so much that I signed up for their yearly Heat and air conditioningServices.

UPDATE: ended up getting a whole new system from Carl and crew. Else helped me make it beyond affordable (went through pseg program) which was great because we were able to finance it.

The crew did the cleanest and most thorough installation. From the sheet metal work to the routing of the condensation pump tube, I couldn’t be more impressed.

This is good, clean work. Everyone involved treated my home with respect. I’d recommend CBM to everyone.

Excellent service. Our first service for the furnace —coincidentally on the first morning this fall when we had sub-40 temperatures! And the technician, John, knew the furnace well, as he had installed it in spring just before we bought the home. An honest, customer focused company! Thank you!

CBM dispatched two guys within three hours to address a heater issue. Guys were professional, clean and wore shoe booties in the house. Found the issue, addressed it within one hour. Very pleased. They are now my new HVAC firm !! Bob Rosenberg

These guys were polite, did not make me feel like I did not know what I had tried to do to get my heater working. They worked very quietly. I appreciate they came on time. I have no problem recommending them to anyone who needs this service.

CBM performed the last major installation of my Heating and Air Conditioning system years ago, and when I experienced problems a couple of weeks ago, they sent someone within hours to determine what was wrong and returned days later to complete the repair once they received the part that I required. They also provided a few maintenance tips while inspecting the system.

Had my heating installed by CBM a few years ago. Excellent job. Needed my ductwork cleaned so I called them again. Another outstanding job. Great local business! They were polite, professional and made a quick diagnosis. They had the part on the truck and had the ignitor on my furnace replaced in a very short time. Would highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again!
