Could not be more pleased with the services provided on our recently installed central air conditioning in our West Milford home. Timely, efficient and responsive to our every need. Very fair pricing compared to other quotes received. Eric and crew rocked it!!

Even in the middle of busy season, they managed to squeeze my job in rather promptly and did a great job. Price was competitive too after comparing a few different quotes. They also seemed most knowledgeable about the project and didn't run into any issues. Would definitely recommend.

I had a tankless water heater installed by Warmaire. They sent two technicians that were very professional. They put tarp on the floors & did the installation & removal of old water tank very neat & mannerly. Cleaned everything after installation was completed. Would highly recommend to anyone.

They have been my HVAC & water heat maintenance company since 2015 and have done an amazing work. In the last year both died on me and Warmaire replaced them with better quality and update equipment. Personnel are very respectful, polite and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Warmaire Conditioning installed an air conditioning system in our house. They did the whole job in 2 days and were very knowledgeable and professional. They made sure to lay down cloths over all of the floors and kept everything very clean. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future.

Work was completed in the time they said it would be and extremely clean and respectful of property. Very clean installation of all pipes/hoses. The tech, Will, arrived on time and was kind enough to include me through the troubleshooting process. I had worked hard to figure out why our A/C unit had stopped working and was able to share my findings. Will discovered the problem and replaced a condensation collector pump within 2 hours. That included Will driving to a nearby location to pick up a part he didn't have in his truck from another technician. I really appreciated his willingness to explain and run to go get the part. Will was professional, considerate, and a good communicator. The charges seemed reasonable. I'll most certainly call these folks the next time I have HVAC concerns.
