He described the problems we had, what needed to be done, and exactly how he would do it. The water heater started seeping around the base the next morning. Joelle came up with ideas, gave a quote/estimate and confirmed the need to replace it that afternoon. The next morning, Joelle led a team to install the new, bigger gas. The wall was modified to accommodate the gas line. I am very happy with the results. My drains were backed up. I received a quote from Roto Rooter for $600 to send a snake with a camera into the pipes. These guys came and fixed it quickly. The plumber I had come out to fix the issue was extremely friendly and thorough. He took the time to explain the problem in great detail and even helped me find the source of the trouble for just $200. These guys showed why it is better to use your local plumbers than big name guys looking for a quick buck. They've earned themselves a long-term customer and I recommend them to everyone.

They explained the potential problems with the new unit installation and gave me an estimate of how long it might take. They gave me a quote on the phone as well, which I found very helpful. They were able get the job scheduled just a couple days later. On the day of the appointment they were punctual, professional, efficient, as well as reasonably priced. I highly rate them and plan to use their services in the future.
