I had an amazing experience with Jay Global Home LLC! I needed a full roof replacement and was worried about dealing with insurance, but they handled everything from start to finish. The whole process was smooth and stress-free.

Thanks to their help with the insurance claim, I only had to pay my deductible out of pocket, which was incredible. The team was professional, fast, and did high-quality work. My new roof looks great, and I couldn’t be happier.

Very professional and knowledgeable. They were very quick and answered all my questions. Their work was excellent and they went above and beyond. Alexandra led me through the whole process , I would recommend them to everyone.

Alexandra showed us the proper and detailed damages, advised on the short and long term repercussions from it. How the insurance coverage works, what can be achieved from it, what can be fixed, what kind of tools and products will be used. How the warranty works and how they're in and out. Everything was carried out professionally, with white glove service. All the workers were kind, respectful, responsible, and thoughtful.

We had to get something fixed inside our attic and when they were done, there wasn't a single speck of dust remaining behind to clean up.

I would 100% recommend them over and over again. If you're on the fence, just talk to Alexandra and she'll honestly break all the details down with you.

Alexandra took time to explain the process for me, they took pictures of the very damaged roof and sent to the insurance company. She helped to send the claim and followed up . Gave me a selection of colors to choose from and when the job was completed, my house looked as good as new. The good thing was how at easy they made the process seem because they know what they were doing and were professional about it all. I am just glad I went with them. Oh and they are ready to come over and explain or even fix anything if you need them to, like when I thought my gutters were spoilt. They came, took pictures to show me it was just debris that had blocked it and even helped me to clear the debris for me. They are straight forward, no cutting corners. Yes, I like the company.

We loved working with the team. Alexandra was fantastic; she directly understood all our concerns (2 locations: Roof and interior paint work), the work was done extremely quickly and professionally, and costs were exactly as discussed. She also handled all the insurance claims fully. We cannot recommend them enough.

Jay Global did the very good job and were willing to work through the entire process of replacing my roof. Even while dealing with my insurance company, we’re patient . They worked fast and very efficient while providing quality work. I would recommend them .

I highly recommend this company miss Alexandra was very clear at explaining all the process and she is always available answering any calls and explaining any question or concern’s excellent crew have done everything in 2 day really response people. They left everything clean around the property and neighbors.
