I have used Shoreline many times over the past 8 years, for both large and small home projects and have always been incredibly happy. Our first experience was with a multi-story addition that we did on our home in Westfield. This was a lengthy, very-detailed project and my wife and I were intimidated by the scope. Tom Jr. and Tom Sr. made an excellent suggestion along the way (adding a basement level) that our Architect had not even considered. The project was completed within budget and, more importantly, BEFORE the scheduled end-date. In the subsequent years we have used them for a porch addition, as well as a kitchen remodel. Both turned out better than we could have expected. Tom Jr. is well-connected throughout the town, which helps with the permitting process and overall completion timeline. Communication is the key differentiator for Shoreline, we were always kept in-the-loop, typically on a daily basis. Very positive experience(s) with Shoreline and I recommend them highly to anyone who's asking!

We have done multiple projects (big and small) with Shoreline over the last decade. Tom Jr. and Tom Sr. are fantastic. They have great teams, hire excellent sub contractors, communicate really well, always show up, and most importantly, they are always honest and put their clients first. Shoreline East and Tom Sr and Tom Jr. are the best. We decided to completely redo our house instead of trying to move. Best decision we ever made was to use Shoreline East. We told them our goal was to have it complete in 6 months so we could be back in for Christmas. This wasn't just a renovation it was a complete gut down to the studs in every area of the house and then some. When we had to make decisions Tom Sr. always had great ideas on how to make things better with keeping pricing in mind. Our design turned out better than was even planned. Their employees and subcontractors were the best and everyone worked toward our goal and I will tell you, we were back in before Christmas. We literally moved out on June 15th and were back in on December 15th. Not only that but to this day when I call Tom Sr. he picks up the phone immediately and helps with whatever crazy situation I have going on. I couldn't be more pleased to have worked with them and we absolutely love our newly renovated house. They are my contractor for life and I would recommend them to anyone and have done so already!
