Lopez and Wallace Landscaping is an excellent company, great work and very skilled. They came to assess my backyard which was in bad shape, unleveled and with so much water coming from the neighbors and puddling all over. Nelson explained every single step of the process and implemented a drywell and French drainages to correct this issue. He also leveled the entire backyard and build a retaining wall which we love because we could also seat there while the kids play on the new lawn they installed for us. They also recommended us a patio with new steps which came out beautiful, all for a great price and now our backyard is our favorite place of the house.
The project was finished on time and the communication was clear and constant.
My neighbors started to ask them for quotes. We highly recommend them.

Lopez & Wallace Landscaping came to my property to give me an estimate on a pool removal and backfilling to then install a paver patio with lighting, sod and seating walls with fire pit area and quickly put together a proposal which I couldn’t resist.
Nelson started the project with his crew and in only 2 weeks my backyard looked completely transformed in a beautiful place. The team is professional and did a great job of with all inspections approvals.

We rarely take the time to write reviews but after our excellent experience with Nelson and his crew we had to do it.
Nelson is very knowledgeable and honest with his assessments. His ideas, design and craftsmanship skills are over the top.
When we first called his company, we had some ideas about what we wanted to do in our backyard for our recent home purchase, but after he and Alexia came, they asked us about our life style, family dynamics and wishes and few minutes later they came up with a complete manual drawing that became irresistible to us. Next day we received their estimate with a very detailed description of their proposal and a competitive price. We approved it and just a week later they started working on the grading, seat walls and fire pit.
We felt so excited as we saw the progress, once the pavers were installed we were so happy that we asked them to even extend the initial agreed areas and added lighting.
Our backyard now looks so beautiful that we can’t wait for the spring to have them come back for a beautiful garden design they proposed us to create a zen section on the backyard.
We highly recommend this company if you are looking for quality and reliability.

Nelson Lopez himself the owner together with his landscapers/ workers ( Henry and Luigi) did a great job making my driveway, steps, retaining walls and walkway like no other, very attractive and really felt like a dream come true. They have finished the job in timely manner and overall Im very satisfied with their work.

This company did work on our roof in a completely negligent manner. They were supposed to install a deck on our roof. They ended up drilling hundreds of holes directly into our roof, causing leaks and mold in our garage less than three weeks after the job was "done". When we reported the issues to them, they at first refused to take responsibility. Then, they told us that the roofer he had subcontracted out to to do the job was someone he did not know well, was drinking on the job and had fled the country, no where to be found. Although we acknowledged that that was unfortunate for them, we did not believe that we should have to suffer the repercussions of that as customers. We asked for our money back or at least work from Nelson to fix the problem. After much negotiation where we made numerous concessions, we finally agreed to take what we could get, which was a partial repayment over the course of several months, plus some other landscaping projects to be defined. Guess what happened afterwards? They completely disappeared and stopped responding to us.

As a result of this job, we are out about $40K. We paid $12,500 for the original deck. The whole thing had to be ripped up to fix the holes in the roof and remediate the mold, and then rebuilt the deck the right way - all for another $25K.
Meanwhile, the people at Lopez and Wallace were completely unresponsive and unwilling to even attempt to make things right with us. I'm sure that they will say deny everything, like they have from other similar reviews to mine. Don't believe it - we have proof of so many texts and requests from us to reach resolution with zero responses along with pictures of our leaking roof and multiple assessments of the damage from other licensed professionals.

We unfortunately made the mistake of trusting this business - learn from our mistake!
