Jimmy and his son, Chris, have done wonderful work on my parents' home for a number of years. Today, he went above and beyond. He was speaking with my father and found out that both of them had served in the Navy Seabees. My father served during the Vietnam War. Jimmy just stopped by to give my father a Navy Seabee Vietnam Veteran hat that he purchased himself. It was such a kind and touching moment.

I called Jim and he came out the very next day for a non-emergency plumbing job. He was prompt and explained what needed to be done. He completed the work in a timely fashion and works perfectly. I would highly recommend using them.

Jim was very responsive and helpful. Called one late evening and by next morning we had water heater installed. They are honest and hard working. They really know what they are doing and I have complete trust in them and their work.

Jimmy helped me out of a jam my family had a couple weeks back where I had accidentally shut off our house’s main water valve without being able to get it back on. ( that should teach me to DIY a little less) It turned out our valves were pretty antiquated. Even though it was obviously very short notice, Jimmy prioritized our problem and worked very hard to get it all fixed in a timely fashion. He did not overcharge me for the trouble. We’re very thankful for the work Jimmy and his son did to get us our water back on.

We are excited to review Classic Plumbing as the workmanship and knowledge is exceptional. We had a huge issue in our older home and needed experience and expertise. We got both. No job is to big or small. We won’t be using anyone else for our plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

Jimmy and his son are the only plumbers that we would call. He is prompt, knowledgeable, personable and his prices are fair. He shares his knowledge and helps you make the best, most economical decision to accomplish your goal or fix your problem. After a conversation with him you feel that you have learned something useful. He explains matters clearly, lays out the options and doesn't hard sell or up sell solutions. He gave us great advice about our water source pipe that saved us a lot of money.

Classic is my go to plumber for all my plumbing repairs and projects. Jim and Chris always fit me in their schedule within 24-72 hours, their work is always great.

Jimmy and Chris are master plumbers for a reason. They are both timely, responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. They completely gutted and redid my mother's walk in shower due to a pre-existing plumbing issue that was missed by many other professionals. Jimmy and Chris have diagnostic skills are off the charts. Jimmy personally made sure to be highly communicative with my mom and had the courtesy of texting me updates as well. They both have a level of mindfulness, courtesy and respect and truly treat your house like it's theirs. Called Jim for a leak in my fathers home and within an hour he was over the house looking at the issue. He spent a good amount of time explaining everything to me as to what the issue was and how he could solve it while giving me a very fair price. Classic Plumbing Services helped us convert our first floor coat closet into a powder room in late 2023. Three different contractors told us it couldn’t be done to code, but Jimmy D. made it happen!
We were prepared to give up our pantry entirely to make space for the bathroom but not only did we get to keep it, Jimmy and Chris made it so much nicer with built-in shelves! We are thrilled to finally have a second bathroom in our home. We highly recommend Classic Plumbing Services.

Called them out to check a leak. Gave specific instructions not to discuss anything with tenant before reporting to me. He stated he understood he was only supposed to find the leak and report to me the cost for repair. Instead told the tenant a bunch of lie because he wanted a bigger job.
