Had a great experience with Joseph and Jeff. Their customer service is amazing and something for other companies to take notes of. Jeff is so skilled at what he does. He is competent and fixed a leak issue with my sprinkler system. Joseph was on top of everything to make sure I was well taken care of. Great communication and reliability. Thank you!

Joseph’s Landscaping and Steve in particular have been the easiest part of building our forever home. HIS availability and moment to moment versatility, based on our ever-changing needs and wants, has been met with welcomed ears. HE has shown us repeatedly how much HE wants the project to reach its zenith. HIS attention to detail and thoughtful imagination of what our outdoor living experience can be has led us to a place we couldn't envision without HIS expertise. When was the last time you have worked with a contractor that brought you five or more options to traverse an obstacle? Our process was full of obstacles, and HE personally collaborated with us through it all. Even to this day, well after the project is completed. HE IS STILL finding ways to improve our lives. HE treats our project as if it were for a loved one, and we have gained a friend. I hope more families get to experience HIS vision and precision. STEVE IS THE MAN!

Contact started out a little rocky, however, in fairness- we had lots of rain this summer. . We really wanted landscaping around our new pool and to refresh the yard and front of our house. After talking to Steve and voicing frustration - he got the job done in two days ( we were under immense pressure with time as we were hosting two parties). Our yard was literally a mound of dirt and this group of guys working from sun up to sun down (and in the heat) got the job done. We couldn't be more happier. Thank you Steve Joseph and Joseph's Landscaping crew for giving our yard and landscaping a complete turn around! It turned out fabulous!

What can I say about Josephs Landscaping? They are amazing!!! They did our hardscaping, landscaping, outdoor lighting, and sprinkler system for our backyard pool project this year. Steve, the owner, could not be more accommodating, professional, and just so nice to deal with!! He really takes his time going over every detail with you including illustrations and walking us through the greenhouse picking out each plant/tree for our project! Then he and his team situated the plants in the backyard before planting them to make sure the color combinations, height, size, and that aesthetically it was to our liking. For the hardscaping, Steve consulted with us every step of the way. He has been in business for decades, so we really valued his expertise and advice! The crew was very professional and just the nicest group of guys you want working in your backyard. We interviewed a lot of landcaping companies, and Steve (owner) was the most accommodating and never pressured us to make a decision until we were satisfied with the plans. He was always there to answer any questions. Unlike most contractors, once they receive their deposit, they stop communicating but that was never the case with Josephs. They were accommodating, professional, and timely with all of our requests. In the future , we wouldn't go anywhere else for all our landscaping and hardscaping needs. Josephs is the best!!!!

Good place

I live in a large Condo community. Joseph's crew plants flowers and mows the lawn very nicely. DON'T hire them for snow removal ---just flush your cash down the toilet, you'll be more satisfied. They walked around me while I floundered thru the 10 in wall of snow they shovel onto the curb so you cannot get to your car. They could throw it on the lawn, where no one has to walk.
They sprinkled salt around me while I sat on the ground trying to break up the ice with a hammer so I could shovel it aside. Its 3pm and I still have 2.5 in of ice on my walkway. I called to complain , as 4 other of neighbors had called before me. Waste of breath. Nothing was corrected. A guy in a truck looked at me on the ground and drove off. Beware.
P.S. I tried to post pics of the mess here , but I'm a senior & you know how we are with Tech.

I never reached out to them

They damage vehicles / properties that don’t belong to them or to whoever hired them. They hit / damage multiple of my vehicles over the years. And when address they don’t speak English. So .

If you want to buy dead trees, come here. This group did the landscaping of my new construction home, and half of the trees and shrubs they installed, died. Been asking for almost 9 months to have them come out and replace the dead trees. Went out and hired a real landscaping company to replace the trees and shrubs this place couldnt be bothered to address. Will be filing a better business bureau report, and wouldnt hire them to kick rocks down my street. Garbage.

This company was hired by my association in a development of town homes and single family houses.

One of the workers kicked up a rock and broke out my back window, costing me almost $700!

I thought this business would take responsibility like respectable business owners but I instead received no response and was told to submit the claim to my insurance.

I would NOT recommend this company and am currently no looking into legal actions against them.

I'm very disappointed, to say the least.

Our builder used Joseph’s Landscaping for our new home and everything looked just ok initially. The quality and health of many of the plants we plants we upgraded to left much to be desired. In addition, several months later three of the upgraded plants died and Joseph’s told to give them time to see if they came back. Well they did not and over a year and half later, we are still waiting for replacements. I have attempted to contact them numerous times with no response.

They have the rudest workers you can ever meet. They destroyed my hose and sprinkler. They did not even leave a note, then tried to deny it until I showed them pictures and video from my neighbor. They will throw your spinkler anywhere. they will cut the grass with a trimmer. It has never been even and it has been a year. They have destroyed several solar walk light no replacement. The receptionist hung up twice on me when I tried to explain the situation. She tried to over talk me and the company will send you to voicemail consistently if you try to complain. They will also not give any names. Do not do business with this company if you want good service.

At the job I work at they have these people come out. I walked outside of work to leave and leaves/sticks all over my car. I was nice about it until no one had any response. I called and the lady on the phone is ignorant. Alls I wanted was a piece of my money back bc I just had my car detailed but nope they just want to argue and be disrespectful.
