They came in and did our masonry steps and our deck. We are so satisfied words can’t even describe the incredible work they did. Always showed up on time very respectful with our property. Best decision I’ve ever made with hiring a contractor. In the summer we’ll be doing our paver patio and they will definitely be hired.

Had my kitchen gutted and renovated by Top Choice Construction. Korab and his team did an amazing job at a reasonable price. I am completely pleased with the outcome and friends and family express that my kitchen looks like a picture from a magazine! The process started mid October and I had my kitchen for Thanksgiving gathering. I have since recommended Top Choice to friends! I totally recommend!

Had plumbing done by korab and was very happy with his work. Also flooring put down that came out nice.

One of the most professional companies out there. Needed in addition to the house. They came in on time and gave me such precise details on how the job will be done and that made me really trust them. Work came out flawless much better than I anticipated. Our house looks like a new house, for every future project I will be calling Top choice.

Korab remodeled my entire interior house. Outside he did my driveway and my front steps. They also come out beautiful. He is excellent contractor. I will recommended to everyone for interior or exterior work.

I worked with Korab last year to repair two retaining walls which had collapsed during a heavy storm. Thankfully they came on site the next day, reviewed the damage, and we agreed to the proposal right away.

Within one month of the heavy storm, both retaining walls were removed and replaced. I also have a warranty however I’m sure my new walls will remain for several decades.

This vendor was also very easy to work with, polite, and professional. I would highly recommend them and will absolutely consider them for future construction work.

Top Choice Construction is very professional and clean. The staff is always happy and smiling. The workers are more like friends than contractors. The owner is always courteous and pleasant and always making sure I am happy with work being done. If I feel something should be changed he makes sure the changes are done immediately. I must have change my mind a dozen times. It did not seem to bother them at all. Everything is so beautifully done. I get so many compliments on the jobs done by Top Choice. I can't wait for them to do another project! I would recommend this company to any of my family or friends!!

The owner of the company takes pride in the work he does. My house is beautiful because of him. He's redone my master bath full bathroom and half bath absolutely gorgeous painted, recessed lights, doors, fans, etc

The kitchen and bathroom remodel turned out better than we ever imagined. Top Choice Remodeling took our ideas and made them stunningly real. Every detail is thoughtfully done and the quality is unbeatable.

Korab & his team are very good in their work. What is promised, they will do that.
Any small or big, Korab is very adjustable and pricing is also reasonable. Neat work. Appreciate their hardwork.

Editing - theres a part of my bedroom ceiling that leaks every time it rains. Not a good job done on the roof after all.

(Old review— )This was the best experience we ever had with a contractor. The transaction was smooth beginning to end. Korab is such a nice person, so easy to work with and very responsive. Even his team were every respectable of our property and cleaned up nicely after the job was done. They did a great job replacing our roof and we look forward to more jobs with them to come. , ( which is misnamed - It should be named LOW CHOICE Construction or POOR CHOICE
Construction ) was hired to repair deteriorated walkway joints and replace and install outdoor steps leading to the front door. 1) He came and went as he pleased, ignoring the days he said he would do the work 2) If he showed up , he worked a couple of hours on a good day , then hurried off to another job 2) Shortly after the job was finished , the material in the joints of the walkway began to crack and fall out3) I called Korab, who said,” I will be there Friday?” but never showed. I called and txted and he gave me another date, and another date but likewise never showed. Finally several months had passed and he came and sloppily redid the joints with a light gray material that was an eyesore, but not for long, because 2-3 wks later it too began to deteriorate , crack, and come loose! He never came back , called back or responded to a text. I filed a claim in Smalls Claims Court but Korab adjourned the hearing and had it transferred to a different county, where I must now re file the claim.

Top Choice construction , does not stand behind their work , does not come on time, does shoddy work but goes straight to the bank to cash the check !
STAY AWAY!

Oh, I forgot to mention , Korab is a name dropper , alluding to having done work for some of the biggest developers in Bergen County. I happen to know one of them well, and I called him to see if he could help me and intervene on my behalf. The developer never heard of Korab , or Top Choice Construction , but he reached out to all his teams to double check, and sure enough , Top Choice had never done ANY work for his company.
