They've tried to fix these issues, but the problems persist. One unit started leaking inside the house after fixing the leaning issue, rendering one of our bedrooms unusable since May. I've lost count of how many times they've sent technicians or had me talk on the phone with their owner, only to be met with empty promises - "I'll call you back" is all she says, but that rarely happens.
