Ismael and Rich cleaned the dryer ducts of three of my rental apartments and I was real happy with the work. They were polite, very thorough and clean. I've used duct cleaners before and they left the lint laying on the ground and only cleaned from outside the house. These guys worked both inside and outside the house and cleaned the entire length of two long dryer ducts. They gave me the impression they really cared about what they were doing. Highly recommend!

After having issues with my furnace fixed by another company I was referred to these guys for duct cleaning. They called me and scheduled the appointment. I was surprised when they came early and were done in less than an hour. Everything seemed great until night time came. The air conditioning came on and the ducts were making alot more noise than before. I called the next day and they sent out a service manager by the name George to check it out. After about an hour of repairs it was nice and quiet again for no extra cost. Excellent service and service recovery all around. I'll happily call these guys again in the future. 👍

Our experience with Duct Dudes was absolutely phenominal. It started with administrator, Mia, who was great at setting up a convenient appointment for us and explaining all the services available to us as well as the procedures to expect. After our talk I received an email from Mia (within 15 minutes) with our appointment confirmation and a written version of what we went over that explained everything. It's rare to get all the services you should receive in writing.

Doug from Duct Dudes came out today and cleaned our ducts and dryer vent. First off Doug was on point from start to finish. He came in and explained EVERYTHING so that I understood the procedure thoroughly. He was friendly, respectful and worked hard. Doug had with him 2 hard working and very pleasant technicians (Sam and Chris) that were very professional, thorough and quick. They cleaned everything up perfectly at the end of the job.

I cannot speak highly enough about this company and the professionalism we received from start to finish. I recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for Duct n vent cleaning. Five stars just isn't enough....

Phenomenal service. I am very pleased. I had been quoted by 3 different businesses and found Duct Dudes to offer the best price for its services. The technicians thoroughly explained the cleaning process and took before and after pictures. They even cleaned out dryer vent. What a difference. My house smelled better instantly and my central air conditioning seems to be running more efficiently. The whole cleaning process took about 2.5 hours and the technicians were friendly. The previous reviews proved to be accurate. I highly recommend Duct Dudes.

We chose Duct Dudes to service the furnace at our rental and they did an amazing job!

Jason was always responsive and attentive to our needs. He was very professional and made sure we understood everything he was going to do before he started the process.

We had some trouble after with the thermostat, it kept shorting. Jason had to leave to do another job, but he offered to help troubleshoot the issue with my husband over the phone.

He also offered to return to fix it, but they were able to figure it out over the phone. Amazing service, I would recommend Duct Dudes to anyone!!

They were thorough, mindful of any furniture that needed some slight movement and ensured that any dust that might have emitted from the vents was promptly cleaned up. They also provided before/after photos.

David and Ervin were my technician today who cleaned and sanitize my air ducts! They showed on time and got right to work! No mess No fuss ! done in about an hour and a half time. very nice company. i highly recommend theses guys!

Doug and Ervin arrived as scheduled and did an amazing job. Their attention to detail and professionalism really help ease any homeowner's mind when it comes to trusting a contractor. As newer homeowners, this is the first time we got our ducts cleaned & I was impressed with the service. It was seamless to schedule an appointment through DuctDudes & the technicians Hassan & Poblo were super friendly, efficient, and did a very detailed job! I feel better knowing we got this done through professionals and I would definitely recommend this vendor.

These guys are absolutely the best in the business. I had Aaron and Sam do the work at my house. My ducts had never been cleaned and my house is 70 years old. They were so kind, meticulous and clean. They even educated me on everything they were doing, including taking before-and-after photos of my ducts. YUCK! Ever since they left, all of our allergies have gone away. I would recommend this company (and Aaron & Sam!) to anyone! Excellent, professional work.

I have used the Duct Dudes team for my personal residence and my business offices for several years now. Most of our locations have dryers so regular cleaning is beneficial. Hassan and Pablo did a great job cleaning the air ducts and sanitizing them. They were on time and kept a very clean work space. Obtaining a quote and scheduling an appointment was very easy over the phone. I would use Duct Dudes again.

After checking out several duct cleaning companies, I hired Duct Dudes to clean my gas clothes dryer duct. My initial conversation with their representative was straightforward, and the price was fair and reasonable for the work to be performed. We scheduled an appointment for the day after my call. The crew showed up exactly on time, and were courteous and professional. The guys explained the work to be done, and it was done in a workmanlike and quick manner. Highly recommended.

I never had the duct work in my 35 year old home cleaned, but after years of complaining about how dusty it always is, and then, recently discovering that i have many environmental allergies, I thought it would be a good idea. I communicated with John several times via email. He could not have been more thorough with his explanation of exactly what the Duct Dudes service would entail. I also spoke to him, and to Sam, by phone. Again, everything was reviewed and my appointment was set. Sam and Ervin arrived a few minutes earlier than the appointment time ( that NEVER happens when waiting for any service!!) and got right to work. Each and every duct in the house was cleaned, the return covers were removed, cleaned and replaced, the whole system was sanitized and the dryer vent cleaned out. The whole process took about 2 and a half hours. Both of these "dudes" were respectful of my home and made no mess whatsoever. After conversing with Sam, i feel like he is someone I've known for years!
If my experience was any example of how these guys operate their business (and i truly believe it is, based on all of the other great reviews they have received) then i would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone. A+++++ Thank you Duct Dudes!!!

Duct Dudes were fantastic! They came in on time, were pleasant and quick. They showed me pictures of my ducts (dirty!) before they started and again after (spotless!). Doug and Erwin were very professional and polite. They cleaned every vent in my house. Very professional, kind, and they did a wonderful job! Highly recommended! They worked effectively and efficiently and were accommodating to my requests. I highly recommend the Duct Dudes and would definitely use them again in the future.
