Frank was friendly and respectful of our home, recognized the problem immediately and fixed us up in no time!

James diagnosed the problem. He was very flexible and accommodating in setting up the next appointment to fix the problem.

We had our central a/c unit replaced today by SPS. They arrived exactly on time, were professional and friendly, and cleaned up behind themselves. They were also patient and kind with my two year-old granddaughter who wanted to interact with them. Can’t say enough good things about the team that they sent out and I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

Our team was tremendous with support, explanation, and getting the job done in a timely manner! After speaking with a few companies SPS made us feel the most informed and comfortable with replacing our heating and air conditioning system! Couldn’t recommend Aaron and his team more.

SPS has provided excellent, honest, timely, quality service for our small business. They replaced an ancient unit for us and most recently repaired our other unit. Their technicians are knowledgeable and professional, and FRIENDLY! (Richard most recently helped us and he was tops!)

Team from SPS was great, from the initial consult and estimate, thru the actual installation. Work was scheduled quickly, team was prompt on install day, and worked efficiently and cleanly to replace my 20+ year old heater and ac system. At the end of installation, Mike took the time to explain the install and maintenance needs, in addition to the basic operations. As painful as this could have been, Mike and the team from SPS really made it easy. Would absolutely recommend them.

We had issues with our heater, and previously had issues with our AC. We called the SPS and they sent out a technician right away, they gave us multiple options to getting it fixed. We went with just getting a new unit due to ours being pretty old to start with. They made sure we were comfortable and happy with the price and got us scheduled on a day we wanted. The day of the installation they were very kind and worked fast and were done in a day. All of the installation was beautiful, clean and professionally installed.
10/10 would recommend

So far the company has been wonderful. Got here within 3 days to install our new air conditioner during a crazy heatwave. They also lent us window units until they could get it in. They also gave us a tremendous financing opportunity. 0% for 84 months!! Our tech Joe was very professional & courteous! Still have one more step but I’m sure they will handle that as well also. Also special shoutout to Mac & Tirzah. Thank you!

Thomas Dimmick came to our home to check out a banging noise and smell coming from the furnace after I turned it on to test it. He checked everything thoroughly and the banging noise was gone and the smell was barely there. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. It was a pleasure having him here to to check it out.

Ted did an amazing job. He was thorough and prompt. He listened as I explained my concern and made me feel comfortable with my description of the issue. He explained the issue and explained the repair. While he did not try to sell me anything, he did explain options that could have possibly prevented this issue from occurring.
