The people their were great. Very nice and just by watching you could tell that they were working with a purpose and not taking advantage of the hourly rate I was paying. Great job guys

Mike Frankhouse came to my house and worked out how to install a new car charge line. Three of his employees came to put in the line. All of them were courteous and informative. They had the line working in 3 hours or so, and installed a ceiling fan to boot. I’m happy with all the work, and I’ll trust Frankhouse again in the future. Thx

Phoned this company a couple of weeks ago upon a recommendation from a friend. I wanted 2 outlets installed. When making the appointment, I said the only day I was available was the day after Thanksgiving, Friday the 29th because scheduling these things is tough because of mine and my husbands work schedules!!! He said “No problem “ I was told and we scheduled a time between 8-10 am. I waited until 10:30… no word from this company. I called and left a message. Mike called back and said he did not realize the company he works for would be closed today when we scheduled . I never received a call to reschedule or any notification that no one was going to show up. What a horrible way to treat people and terrible customer service!!! Stay away!
