Professional and courteous. communication was great, the price was as quoted, and the installer Jesus couldn't have been better. I will recommend these guys to anyone looking to have a door replaced or installed.

TSC was referred to us by Pat's Doors to do door installation. One door was a complete install with the removal of wrought iron, then re-install. The other door was great but the door frame needed to be rebuilt.
Showed up on time and both doors were complete within a few hours. Because of the job, we had them come back out a few weeks later. To do a Master bathtub demolition/remove the ponywall/ remove wall tile and drywall, then cap off the plumbing! More than reasonable cost. They were done within an Hour!!! My room was clean and neat!!!

I couldn't be more impressed with Tony & his crew (Mathias). We had 3 older custom wooden doors that had become terribly inefficient due to warping and wearing at the thresholds & weather seals. We also had a door at our rental property that needed to be completely replaced including the entire frame, jam, etc. Tony's crew painted it beautifully, removed the old and replaced everything to perfection.
Mathias was thorough, neat, polite, punctual and went above and beyond to show us the tweaks made and explain what issues we need to look out for moving forward with our older doors/locks. I now feel empowered and educated & we no longer have daylight and cold drafts coming through. I HIGHLY recommend T.Sainz Construction as well as Pat's Doors.

Tony and his crew installed a new front door for me. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the job they did. My custom door was 9’ x 4’ and weighed 700lbs. Other installers I spoke to were intimidated by the job but Tony didn’t hesitate to take it on. The crew was professional and capable and worked quickly to get the job done. They were friendly and accommodating and picked up after themselves. I would enthusiastically recommend Tony to friends and family in need of a door installer and I will certainly work with Tony again, should I ever have need.

Tony did a fantastic job with my new doors. I replaced the front and back exterior doors plus all the interior doors. Tony and Sergio worked hard to make them look good, even though they weren't the best quality to begin with, but they came out nice. The guys who did the installation were amazing. They had to break away a lot of plaster and pull out the bullnose metal on either side of the exterior doors, so they could replace it with regular trim. They put in insulation and replaced all the plaster so that it really looks like nothing was ever disturbed at all. I'm really impressed. They were kind and had a positive attitude, answered all my questions, and cleaned up after themselves. I'd use these guys again anytime.

Tony and his team have now done two Door Installs in our business, and we have been thrilled with the quality of the work. He completed both an internal door separating two parts of our building, and the new Front Door for our business, (a custom 4-lite door that needed some tricky installing due to our wavy old stucco), and we honestly couldn't have asked for anything more. His team always showed up when they said they would, and completed everything to our high standards, usually faster than we expected, due to the advance preparation they put in. Tony also has been a pleasure to deal with. I'll definitely be continuing to use them for anything related to doors at our business!

Tony and his crew are amazing. Excellent customer service and first class workmanship, installing new doors and hardware. I used Tony for 2 separate remodels in Santa Fe NM. Absolutely efficient and timely coordination with the door supplier in Albuquerque NM (Pat's Doors and shout out to Yvette too for all her help with special orders and fulfillment). Outstanding installation. So happy with the results. Kudos to Jesus for driving up to Santa Fe. Good people.

Tony and his team are the best. They installed new doors years ago at our previous home and then more recently at our new house. Pictures are from the new house. Our new home had all the interior doors and closets replaced, along with the side door and the fire door into the garage.

Through my recommendation my mom called to have them do some door replacement at her home. Then, through my mom's recommendation to her neighbour, the neighbor had them replace the doors at her house.

That's four separate houses over several years that I can look at and see the work, care, and professionalism they provide.

We were so impressed with Tony and his crew! After buying our house, we had to replace a massive sliding door that was installed backwards (photo included with empty living room shows the old brown door). Tony gave us a good price and his crew was professional and courteous—showed us everything they fixed during install and tips to maintain the door. Quality is great and the extra work the team did to make sure the door fits snuggly looks perfect. They left our place as clean as before they arrived. We have an old window too, so we asked for a quote. We'd definitely work with Tony and his team again!

After the install he ask to eat dinner at my house, he went and got his girlfriend from his truck so i can feed her to, he than ask me to pay cash hewon't charge taxes. Instead of looking like a professional door installer. I saw uncle fester talking. I will not higher him again.

WHATEVER you do, DON'T take a referral from PAT's Doors, especially if they refer you to their family member T.SAINZ Construction. T.Sainz Construction are not professional door installers. They are arrogant, pushy, and rude. T.Sainz construction believes the quality of work they do is directly related to whether or not they make a huge profit and stated so directly to me! A small job for an elderly friend was discounted due to their fixed income. The job was poorly done. The elderly friend emotionally abused and then he charged extra! Unbelievable. And the door the elderly friend bought from Pat's at a good price--- was ruined! T. Sainz scratched and dinged the door, drilled the peep hole in the wrong spot, filled it with putty and never even told the owner! This elderly friend of mine sanded and stained the door---took them days to do it. T.Sainz totally disrespected this persons home and left a mess of wood shavings and sand dust for the homeowner to clean up.Just plain rude. T.Sainz put a mail slot in the side of the house so my friend wouldn't have to walk to the mail box (because they are unsteady on their feet) and T.Sainz toatlly butchered the job leaving a mess that nobody can fix. Quality is not important. Good will is only good if it come with a price, so says T.Sainz Construction. Boy oh boy, what a mess! Steer clear of T.Sainz Construction.

I got it done for $500.00 from an honest contractor.

Buyer beware of you shop here in my opinion you will be robbed.
