My experience was great. Bernadine was the best! She was timely and efficient. I can't believe she did a deep clean in such a short time. She cleaned the blinds and they look new. Cleaned everything!

505 Clean Queens have done a wonderful job at our house! We always used private cleaners before but had trouble with them showing up and cleaning consistently. The Clean Queens always show up as scheduled and always do a beautiful job. Jeanie in particular has been exceptional, highly trusted and recommended 🎉

I typically don’t write reviews but I did want to give this company their due. We’ve been reluctant to hire a cleaning crew due to a bad experience many years ago, however a bigger home and a busy holiday season forced me to rethink. After doing some research and reading reviews, I decided to give Albuquerque Clean Queens a try. I was not disappointed. Every contact from the beginning has been delightful. They were informative and helped us assess what we needed and what services they could provide, and when. We started with the recommended deep clean, which was marvelous. The two women who came that day were prompt and when a scheduling issue came up, they quickly let us know and adjusted their time in to make sure we weren’t shorted any promised time devoted to cleaning. They were extremely thorough and gave loving attention to all areas. They were very professional and pleasant, as well

We are now on a bi-weekly maintenance schedule. The young man who has taken over at this point is also thorough, professional, and pleasant. In both cases we were given the opportunity to walk through after the job was done and point out anything that might have been missed on the provided checklist.

Valarie always does a wonderful job leaving our house sparkling! She always arrives when expected and is friendly. I love that we get a reminder prior to each visit and that there is a survey after. I feel comfortable sharing my cleaning preferences and am very happy with the service provided. They use cleaning products that don’t leave a harsh smell and do a great job of dusting surfaces. Support local and women owned - 505 Clean Queens gets my recommendation because they consistently deliver on what’s promised.

We have had three bi-weekly appointments so far for living areas of home (no bedrooms). First was with two people (including trainee). First appt you pay double since they need to get you up to snuff. We never think we are *that* dirty, but we are, haha. Our regular person is Thurman. He is polite, efficient and quite thorough. Communication has been great (mostly texts) about billing, appt reminders and skipping a week for my vacation. I highly recommend 505 Clean Queens.

I requested these services for an associate who had fallen behind on maintenance around her home. The situation had been totally demoralizing for her, and she was so embarrassed to ask for help, but 505 Clean Queens were so professional and compassionate in their mission that they continually worked with us to make her clean happen. They were diligent, kind, and so quick in their work. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a little help getting their space to look like a home again. Every interaction I've had with them has demonstrated a sincere level of care and generosity towards their clients. They're also very sweet and patient with people's different living situations, so don't feel uncomfortable reaching out!

I appreciate the reminders that I get regarding my upcoming appointments and I like the system they have in place to ensure consistency with each cleaning.

I hired 505 Clean Queens to help us scour our home prior to photos for sale of our home. We added waxing the floors and cleaning the on. We purchased the deep clean which included dusting/vacuuming the blinds. This team did an outstanding job. Jay made the inside of our oven look new. Sharla made everything she touched sparkle. Even our realtor could not believe how wonderful everything looked. We could not have done this without their help.

Angel did a great job cleaning my house. He was very personable and communicated every step and what he would be doing. He also identified an issue I had with the shower draining and explained to me how to prevent further issues. This was above what was expected and very appreciated.

We have been using 505 Clean Queens for a few months and are pleased with each person who has come to our home. Melanie is our current and regular person. She is kind and professional. Our dogs love her too! She works hard and is aware of the different materials in our house, keeping in mind the best products to use on them.
