Not sure what these people are talking about but I just got the best service ever from James W. They cleaned my carpet, hallway & stairs for an incredible price and I'll be calling Blu Carpet Cleaning again soon.

I was in need of a carpet cleaning service for a home that had been vacant for 10 years with a mouse problem. As a realtor I needed to get this done asap. I called several different companies with no help. My husband recommended James with Blu Carpet. I called and set up an appointment for them to come out and clean. The carpet came out looking brand new this is a company that takes pride in doing quality work. I appreciate James for taking the time to make sure that the job was done correctly.
