I had a squirrel get into my floor ducts. Not only did Air Duct Medic do a comprehensive scan to try to find the critter, they inspected my ducts at the same time, found the place of entry, and helped to solve the problem. The three gentlemen who came to help me couldn't have been nicer, and worked together as a team to solve the problem. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs air duct work done.

I had Steamatic come out to clean my air vents and for a week after white stuff was coming out of my air ducts. I called Steamatic and they came out again and cleaned the air vents for the 2nd time. The man who cleaned them told me that if white stuff was still coming out of my vents to tell my husband to clean out the air conditioner. White stuff was still coming out of the ducts and landing all over my furniture, my husband cleaned out our air conditioner and still white stuff all over. I called Steamatic and they would not do anything they said that if they came out again they would charge me again even though this was not happening until they came out to clean my air ducts. I searched online and found Air Duct Medic they came out with in 3 days and cleaned my air ducts. Since then I have not had any white stuff coming out of my air ducts!!! I am very pleased with their service and wish I would have searched the internet first rather than call Steamatic. Thank you Air Duct Matic

They showed up on time to our house that has used evaporite coolers for 60 years. We installed A/C and wanted to make sure we weren't breathing decades old stuff. They were prompt and professional, even reducing our cost a little as the job took less time than originally estimated. I have referred them to our neighbor.

Service was very good. Their duct cleaning was quick & seemless. Eric, Zack, Clay are all really smart. Hard-working they were. They had high-tech equipment. and detected things that needed to be corrected, very reasonably priced. We had another company out here before and they were badly dishonest of their service they promised.... We Thank you

We just moved to Albuquerque and didn't know what contractors to trust. Our heater wasn't blowing and we suspected it was the ducts. Marvin squeezed the work in because we were freezing. He and his workers at Air Duct Medic went out of their way to help with things we didn't even expect. They were very professional, but enjoyable to deal with. They found solutions very quickly and followed up with even more help. I would highly recommend Air Duct Medic to anyone who needs duct work!

I only wish we had called them sooner!!! What a difference this has made. We moved into a home we purchased and never thought about the ducts. Our advice to all is call Air Duct Medic before you move in! And if you are living in a home that hasn’t had the ducts cleaned, maybe even never, get it done for your health and all who visit. Needed repairs and duct cleaning on some underground ducts at our latest house. After some shopping around I went with air duct medic. The owner got everything scheduled in a timely manner, the price was fair, the work was professional, and the crew are some cool guys. Will be my go-to company on future projects.
I almost forgot to mention that after giving me a quote they did a closer inspection and determined some spots were not actually in need of repair and lowered the price a few hundred bucks. That type of honesty is rare with workers these days. Thanks guys!

We recently moved into our apartment and noticed black dust rings around all the heating vents. I took one vent off and looked inside to duct and I knew it needed to be professionally cleaned. The crew from Air Duct Medic came and they were professional, kind, and informative. It took 3 men and an industrial cleaner to clean the massive debris that accumulated in the ducts. The crew cleaned up after themselves and even showed me the debris in their machine. Now when we change the filter on our heater, it will be clean. I would highly recommend this company and crew and recommend anyone to check their ducts and have it serviced.

This was my first time in utilizing a duct cleaning service. I was so IMPRESSED by Air Duct Medic! From setting up the appointment (talking to the OWNER, instead of a secretary, is so refreshing!) to the final cleanup...the whole experience was enriched by respectful communication (of appointment times/changes, expectations, procedures, and even tips for a healthier house!) and professionalism. They were careful, aware, and conscious about what they were doing and how they were doing it. I even asked them about checking my dryer ducts, which was not originally scheduled. They didn't hesitate and gladly cleaned those ducts, all without boosting up my bill! Their service was thorough; fast, but not rushed;reasonably priced; and oh, so worth it! They left me with the satisfied feeling of a job well done; and the relief of a cleaner and healthier household. I would not hesitate to call upon Air Duct Medic again!

Given that I had not scheduled a duct cleaning in the 15 years I've owned my home, I figured it was about time to clear the air and minimize allergens. The business owner explained pricing and provided an estimate over the phone. I was able to get a time scheduled, and the crew arrived when stated. They were professional, and offered advice on continued maintenance.

Absolutely fantastic experience. So professional and helpful. They were able to retrieve a ring that was dropped down the vent and rolled into the duct. We had our ducts cleaned last week and my husband and I were so impressed with Eric, Clay and Grant. They are professional, courteous, respectful and hard working. They went above and beyond and worked great together. I greatly appreciate all they did for us and when we need it cleaned again we will be calling them! Highly recommend them!
