So interesting story. I was about to submit a 1 star review and the following is why. I was having issues with my AC of course during the hottest week of the year. My Squirrel cage was destroyed. I called Bosque as a new customer and hoped for the best. Thr arrived and removed the issue. Of course the part was out of state and took a week to get here. Finally the part arrives and is installed. I was at work and my wife was at home. I arrived at home that evening and the AC was cooler but not as it should be. I wqs frustrated and went to investigate the problem. I noticed the fan motor was on the wrong side of the unit. DAMN I thought, another fly by night business that was incompetent or trying to up sell. I called all evening long, and the tech was at another call. This is where my rating became a 5 star... The owner "Carlos" contacted me and arrived at my place around 9:00 PM and didn't leave till it was fixed. Its operating the way it should and shows extreme character of the Bosque business. Human errors are expected, as long as they are corrected. Thank you all for what you do!

Most important, this company is BOSQUE HEATING COOLING AND PLUMBING and NOT Bosque ROOFING. That’s a different company. We 100% recommend Bosque Heating Cooling and Plumbing for all of your roofing needs. Aaron Renfroe was wonderful to work with. He needs a raise/promotion. We met him over a year ago and his professionalism left such an impression on us, we called him recently to replace our roof. Aaron evaluated our roof, saw a lot of recent hail and wind damage, helped us file a claim with our insurance company, met the inspector/adjuster at our house and walked the roof for 3 hours with her. I truly believe he helped us get our entire roof covered by our insurance company. He went to bat for us. During the shingles replacement the roofing team noticed the decking was not up to code. They replaced the entire decking too. So, we literally got a new roof from the bottom up. Insurance covered it all. Thanks so much to Bosque Heating Cooling and Plumbing and especially Aaron!

We called Bosque on a Saturday morning at 8am. They had Rick call and come to fix our burst outdoor water faucet very quickly. Rick was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. What really set Bosque apart was that he called the next day to check on us and our plumbing situation. I’m so glad we found them!

Our air conditioning system was not working and we are new to town. I called the first HVAC company and they said I needed to replace my entire compressor unit for a cost of $10,688.00. They said the unit was not worth repairing although it is 4 years old. I called Bosque Heating Cooling and Plumbing and Larry came over the following day. He replaced the fan on the compressor and had my system working that day for a cost of $915.00. I can't say enough good things about this company and Larry's abilities.

Bosque was a lifesaver today. This morning we noticed our Central air unit was not working and the house became very warm. Gave them a call and they returned it quickly, showed up within half an hour of talking and solved the problem. Jeremy walked is through his diagnosis as he went and explained everything he was doing while looking at the unit. Found the problem was a burnt out run capacitor and he replaced it. Overall great service, very knowledgeable technician and fair prices. Would absolutely recommend.

I recently had Bosque install a new furnace at my home and we are very happy with it. The closet work was high-quality and Nicholas was very professional throughout the install. Also, the quoting, payment, and scheduling were handled smoothly. We will continue to give them our business for any future hvac needs.

I called Bosque after a different (large and well known) plumbing company in the area installed a water heater and left a propane leak in my house. The Bosque technician came promptly and was very friendly and professional. He found the leak at the water heater, but said they would need to pressure test the line to make sure there were no other leaks. We scheduled that work and they again arrived promptly and worked professionally. The only leak was from the other plumbing company's bad install. I would recommend this company. I'm only sorry I didn't call them to install my new water heater in the first place.

We're really grateful for their fast service getting our coil ducts fixed up after a Squirrel had eaten through them over the summer. From the initial call I was treated with alot of compassion and care to our needs...its getting cold and we were finding it hard to get someone to come by in such a hurry. Not a big job and one some other similar companies wouldn't or couldn't do. Big thanks to Meliano and both Nick's at Bosque Heating and Cooling! Super chill dudes that made our lives better...thank you!

My elderly mom was without an AC for the first part of the summer, after contacting Bosque HCP, they instantly provided my mom with a portable AC unit to keep her comfortable while they worked diligently replacing her swamp cooler. The process took no more than a day and they made sure my moms comfort was of top priority. Not only did Miliano and his crew provide exceptional service they were prompt, courteous, professional and extremely compassionate. My mom felt very comfortable working with them. She said “I hadn’t heard manners like that since I was young.”
They all have gone above and beyond and continue too keep in touch to assure her AC is working great, which it is!

Had the pleasure of having Adrian come to my home to help me with an issue I was having with my dishwasher. Adrian was able to quickly determine the issue and fix it. Luckily it wasn't too big of a project and he was able to have it fixed pretty quickly. Unfortunately, the previous owners installed the dishwasher wrong which was causing it to back up and flood my kitchen. Adrian was basically a life saver. He was also able to determine that my brand new refrigerated air conditioner was low on coolant and able to fix that too while he was there. I highly recommend Bosque Heating Cooling and Plumbing to anyone who needs a repair made in their home. Ask for Adrian!!

Bosque Heating Cooling and Plumbing were the best solution to our issue. A solar company knocked out the power to our furnace during their installation and they didn't know how they did it. We called Bosque who went above and beyond by sending someone out same day, Meliano even arrived an hour early which we really appreciated. Meliano was professional, quickly located the issue, explained what the issue was, and repaired it within thirty minutes. You can tell they really care about their business and leaving their customers satisfied. Thank you very much Bosque, we know who to call for any such issues in the future!

My AC stopped working. Bosque was able to send a technician in 2 days (other places had 5 to 10 day windows). The technician Nick arrived at the scheduled time, quickly diagnosed the issue and got me up and running.

I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with Bosque Heating Cooling and Plumbing! They are professional, efficient, timely, compassionate, empathetic, and downright AWESOME!!!! They do extremely fine work and are quite friendly while doing so. Personal shout out to Liz (office) and Victor (technician). They get snaps all the way around. My unit is down right now in this 90 degree weather and they were able to work me in to a much sooner time slot. Extremely satisfied customer!!!

I wish I could give them 6 stars. I was pleased from our first phone call. I was called immediately and service was arranged immediately. I was pleased with their punctuality and ability to get me new air conditioning in a matter of days. There was no evidence left in the backyard that any work had been done (except for the new air). This is a wonderful local company from front desk to rectionist to owner. So pleased with the work!

Anthony Gonzalez has been amazing at getting all our work completed quickly! He does a great job, always professional and calls me by name! Great customer service! We will be using Bosque in the future for sure!

Highly recommend! They came all the way to Belen the very next day! My swamp cooler needed a new pump, new water line, and a new water valve that was leaking. David was awesome! He explained everything that needed to be fixed. Very professional. Very affordable! Will be calling again for future services

I was out of town over the weekend and came back to a home cooking inside at a temp of 91 degrees!! I quickly realized the a/c had malfunctioned. I called a lot of companies and everyone game me the same response “we are booked into July and early August”. Bosque did let me know they were also booked, but found a way to work me in ASAP. Adrian and his assistant called me a day early to swing by and make the repairs!! AMAZING. They were extremely professional and went out of there way to teach me about my a/c system. I would recommend Bosque to any of my loved ones.

Bosque offers a calm professional service for a good price and their plumbers will do a great job.

After efficiently installing a new furnace for us, we called Bosque Heating to replace an old toilet. Adrian was prompt and extremely professional. He made the whole process smooth and seamless which we really appreciate. It has been easy to work with this company and the employees who have provided us service were high quality. These factors and how they have been very responsive while providing excellent communication make us returning customers.

The guys came one time, called ahead, and work fast. They informed me every step of the way. They resolve my issue quickly and efficiently . I had air conditioning within an hour!! The cost was affordable as well!

James & Gabe are awesome! Our furnace started making some weird noises so I called today to see when they might be able to check it out. They showed up in less than two hours & took care of everything! We’re very happy with the service we received and with Gabe & James! They were friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, quick & answered all of our questions.
