I was very impressed with the knowledgable and helpful staff. They knew which parts would replace a hard-to-find heater part and had them in stock. I also left my debit card in their store by mistake, and they kept it safe for a few days until I could retrieve it.

Horrible customer service in the metal shop. Nicholas didn't want to be bothered to help. Perhaps other employees are good but Id suggest avoiding Nicholas

Horrible customer service and they are selling junk broken parts will never buy again

People at desk were kok sukers, very rude, spent $1k on a water heater, acted like they didn't care, said if I didn't like it or their attitude they'd take it back. Will not do business there again, shop around it's not worth poor service or attitude.
