To sum things up, my experience with Moore could not have been better. Easy to make an appointment that fit my schedule, on time and as scheduled arrival with a courtesy "on the way" call before. Polite, professional and knowledgeable tech (thank you Joe). Fair price. With last company we used, I felt "worked" and like their goal was to find ways to charge more. How refreshing to find the honest, quality service I was looking for from a company that makes it obvious in their performance that they want to deliver that as well.

Lawrence was great with changeover to our Mastercool (punctual, polite and knowledgeable). He noted that we will be needing new media next year and gave information to buy a new one for next year. Thank you very much Moore Quality Air

After having looked into several companies for quotes and information for an AC conversion we were impressed with Anthony’s knowledge and professionalism when we first met him. He is an honest and straightforward person. When the day came for the install Anthony and his crew were on time and very professional. Julian and George are very knowledgeable and you can tell they take pride in all the work they do. My husband and I are extremely happy with our experience with Moore Quality Air

Moore Quality Air is an outstanding company that I have been personally doing business with in the last three years. I had a new heating system installed today and Jorge, Julian, and Lawrence did an excellent job and were very professional! Every time I have done business with Moore Quality Air they have been very professional! when they say they are going be at your house-they are on time and are very efficient! there word is like gold and they are very knowledgeable about there product! I would highly recommend this company and there excellent staff like Jorge, Julian, and Lawrence!

We needed a new Rheem furnace installed and Moore Quality Air came to the rescue as we headed into a cold week. We got a same day consultation with Anthony who directed us to the perfect unit for our home. Amazingly, we were able to schedule the install for the next day. Julian and George were knowledgeable and professional and explained each step of the install. We highly recommend Moore Quality Air and are so glad we chose them for our heating needs.

Anthony, Jorge, Julian and Lawrence worked tirelessly for two days to replace our entire heating and cooling systems. Their work was meticulous from planning, to install, to the touch-up and clean-up. We have worked with them before for water heater install and would never go anywhere else. Moore Quality Air is professional, consistent and the best in town!

Moore Quality just replaced my Furnace. Anthony worked on the old unit and after speaking with the MFG Rep found the Secondary Heat exchanger was shot and evaporation system would not work. Moore had a new unit installed the next morning within 4 hours. The Moore employees, namely Julian, JJ and Lawrence were very professional and explained each step as they installed the unit. They garage was left spotless after they completed the installation. We are very glad we have Moore Quality Air as our HVAC company and would recommend them highly. They are quick to respond and and very reasonable as to any cost.

We actually replaced our Master coolers with Breeze air coolers, Julian, Jorge and Lawrence, were excellent installers of our new units. They made the duct work look like new. Thank you so much!!!

I can't express how amazing this company is! We had a very old swamp cooler and furnace in our house and the new system is more than we could hope for! Julian and JJ went above and beyond! They were on time, courteous and explained everything! The work they did was outstanding! They really love what they do and it shows in their craftsmanship! If I could give more stars I would!

Julian & Lawrence came today & replaced our water heater. They were so nice & professional. They did a great job for a great price. I would 100% recommend Moore Quality Air of Albuquerque, as well as Julian & Lawrence.

I rarely write reviews, but these guys were so good they deserve a shout out! They did an AC conversion getting rid of my old swamp cooler, installed a tankless water heater, and upgraded my electrical panel. And the cost was very reasonable and explained from the start. From the time George, Julian, and Lawrence arrived, they hardly stopped working, except to explain things to me as I hung around watching the magic happen. Even Anthony and Jonathan (the owners) came by to discuss the project as it proceeded. They all worked like a great team that gets the job done right! I'm still amazed at the flawless result! If you don't call Moore Quality Air you are making a mistake.

I wanted to find a reliable plumbing and HVAC company on the west side of Albuquerque. I was looking for a partnership to maintain two houses but initially to replace the AC on one. Read the reviews and got a couple of bids. I found this company to be everything the reviews showed. They were thorough and explaining their bid. They were not the cheapest but definitely not the most expensive. The owner, salesman, and technicians were professional, thorough, and very straightforward. They seemed honest. They delivered everything promised and on the dates and times they designated. They were efficient, cleaned up after themselves, and recently came back for the startup. Lawrence completed that work. He paid attention to detail, and answered all my questions. He did a very neat job. I have recommended this company to my family members and would trust any future work that I will have with them. We have used the company for three major system replacements. Prompt, reliable and honest. Everyone was fluent in English. Big deal in Albuquerque. Technician Lawrence Barela was outstanding.

My husband and I recently had Moore Quality Air of Albuquerque complete an upgrade on our home's heating system. They installed a new furnace together with a new air conditioning system to replace our old furnace and swamp cooler. We could not be more pleased with the products and the process of installation. We found the owners (Jonathan McDaniel and Anthony Hughes) and their employees (Julian and J.J.) extremely polite and accommodating, not to mention being very, very knowledgeable about the systems they put in. The actual work was done with precision and timeliness and they kept their work area (in our home) very tidy and cleaned up after themselves when the work was completed. We enjoyed visiting with the owners and their employees, particularly concerning military service as my husband is a retired Vietnam Veteran. We strongly recommend Moore Quality Air of Albuquerque to anyone who is looking to install new or upgraded heating and/or air conditioning elements to their home.
