Professional, courteous. Even though it's the peak season they accommodated us on no notice. Virginia in the office is great.

Had them come out and work on my water heater. They did the job quickly and cleaned up. Everything worked good.

I almost don't want to write this review since I want to keep Triple L as our little secret. We have used them a few times and they have been nothing but professional. They have gotten us out of a couple of jams and we would highly recommend them. Louie and his team are responsive, professional and a pleasure to work with. If you read some of the other reviews, they have nothing to do with actual service. Hire Triple L and you won't be sorry.

They came to turn on swamp cooler today and they were so great! They replaced pads and pump and made for sure it worked well before leaving. I had explained that last year the swamp cooler didn’t work that well and they inspected it and made sure it was working. Highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling plumbing needs. Excellent service!

The owner did a hit and run yesterday hit my car then backed up and took off I have a few witnesses one is a business owner who seen it all so they came up to me asked if I was ok and stated she seen it all and that he had hit me hard and got his info on his truck gave me the business # that was on his truck so I called the company to see why they took off and that he was gonna have to pay for the damage he happened to be the owner he was very unprofessional extremely rude he was cussing & denied it and then stated "I got money and to f***** sue him " 😭 then started yelling good luck can't even own up to his mistake the lady that answers the phone was rude and unproffensional as well I would highly recommend to call else where a grown man can't own up to hitting a young innocent lady and especially being manager that's so trashy and I will definitely do everything in my power to correct this I did not deserve this I am an innocent driver I do not no the man for him to treat me an talk to me horribly especially after he damaged my vehicle and can't own up and fix his doings this is wrong

Manage multiple properties. Arranged for a special rate.....on an outside leak in October, job was completed swiftly and well. special rate was not honored......ok.....accepted that....called them a week ago for 2 properties. They arrived at 8:30. Both had toilet issues..first one needed a new ring on the bottom...ok...then we went over to the second. it needed a new ring......oops...they used the ring on the first property...the one guy wanted to put a smaller ring and just leave....I ran to a nearby True Value and bought a ring which would fit....they put it on. they were in their vehicle, sitting there finished at 10:30. not only did Triple L not honor the earlier, agreed to price but they also charged me for 2 and a half hours. Will not use them again...had to step in to prevent shoddy work and was over charged.

If they are too lazy to turn on a turn signal… what does it say about their work.

Do not use this company they will rip you off. Triple L plumbing was supposed to replace a hose in the kitchen. The hoses they would bring already had holes in them. I have a video on my ring camera showing the guy stepping on the last hose that was put on. And you can see the tear where he stepped on it. The sink is still leaking and my father cannot use the sink. Also on my ring camera shows him trying to open a car vehicle in my driveway and looking in the window. I paid $600 and they refuse to give me a refund.

Worst company that installed two water heaters and did a bad job. Pipes going crisscross and not getting hotwater quickly despite having a recirculating pump. My property manager hired them. The hot water was taking 5 minutes to come to the tap, and when I complained about it, they sent someone and he just turned the heater to the hottest setting. The person said that's all he can do and said it was a courtesy call and no charges were made as he did nothing which was fair on his part. Still it was taking 5 minutes to come to the tap. I hired another plumber to redo the plumbing, replace a new recirculating pump and also install a water softener and now I get the hot water in every tap instantly. All of a sudden, I get a call from Triple L plumbing that they want to send me an invoice- Not sure what they are thinking and what they have done- basically a terrible job for which I already overpaid them. I told the lady that they did not do a good job in the first place and I had spend a lot of money to rectify the problem. She cutoff the phone saying its ok. I called her back as I wanted to give a feedback to her as a customer who spent almost $5000 and expected them to do a better job and hire better people. She passed the phone to a guy called Lewis who was probably the worst person I ever talked to and was passing racist comments. I will file a complaint on this business.

I had a very bad experience with this company. I initially called them and scheduled an appointment, but I clearly told them not to send a technician before calling me and getting my approval, because I wanted to compare prices with other companies first.

Later, I received a faster and cheaper offer from another company (TLC), so I scheduled an appointment with them. Their technician came and inspected the issue for free.

The next day, my family called and told me a technician had arrived and wanted to start working. I assumed it was the TLC technician, but when I arrived, I discovered it was a technician from this company — the same company I had already told not to send anyone without my approval. He had already started working.

I called the company and explained that there had been a mistake and that I never approved sending a technician. The employee said they tried to call me but I didn’t answer. I explained that I was busy and missing a call does not mean you can send a technician and start work without permission.

After I hung up, a person named Luis called me and started yelling, insulting me, and using offensive language, including disrespectful remarks about my country. He also accused me of trying to get free service. I tried to explain the situation, but he would not stop insulting me.

Because of this experience, I do not recommend dealing with this company at all. Respecting customers and communicating professionally should be the minimum standard, and what happened here was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
